I had an amazing dining experience at Chef Tang ,largely thanks to our wonderful server (a Chinese lady) She was friendly, attentive, & truly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, & she made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her warmth & excellent service really made our meal memorable. Highly recommend requesting her if you're dining here!
