Great spot! Visiting from Vancouver & looking for a great Mexican spot led us here. Pablo treated us exceptionally well & hooked us up with some in house punch. We had the Mole (Verde & Rojo) & both were excellent. The standout was the choriqueso fondue appetizer.
Eating at Casa Azul is like being transported directly to Mexico without having to pay for the flight to get there.
From the beautiful murals on the walls, to the hand made alebrijes scattered throughout the space, & the tall archways windows lined with plants - the space felt so filled to the brim with warmth & endless pockets of joy.
It's incredibly rare to discover a restaurant that's so good it makes you want to write a review about it, but it just so happens that the food at Casa Azul is review worthy.
From the very first sip of the Hibiscus fruit infused tea to the very last bite of the al pastor tacos I ordered, I found myself saying'this is sooo good!' Over & over again.
Our server Pablo made us feel so welcomed & cared for - I would almost go as far as to say that it felt like being with family.
I'm so grateful to have discovered Casa Azul & I can't wait to go back again soon to discover even more of their incredibly delicious food.
Between the atmosphere, the food & the service, it's hard to pick out what this place does best because everything has so much care & love put into it.
The place itself feels like Mexico, everything is decorated authentically & with love. Their menus tell the story of the inspiration behind the food & every inch of the place conveys culture, family & love.
The food was packed with flavor. Every bite is hand crafted to deliver a Mexican experience. The family behind this is clearly sharing their culture with intent & joy.
Pablo was an incredible server & took care of us with nice little attentions.

I had an amazing experience at Casa Azul. The space was beautifully decorated, including the menus! Our server, Pablo, was very kind & helpful & attentive to our needs. The food was delicious, drinks were phenomenal & I highly recommend the ceviche for seafood lovers, which was very fresh, tangy & well seasoned! Will definitely be back to try more things off the menu.
Visited Casa Azul for the first time yesterday & it was fabulous! Our server Pablo was amazing & so kind. The atmosphere, decor & dishes provided an authentic mexican feel with an artistic touch. I really enjoyed looking through the images of Frida Kahlo in the menu. 100% going back again!
Le meilleur Chile en nogada à Montréal. Je recommande à tout les québécois d'aller essayer ce restaurant typiquement Mexicain.

J'ai adoré mon experience à Casa Azul. je cherchais un restaurant pour ma fête & nous y sommes entrés un peu par hasard car le décor & l'ambiance étaient vraiment magnifique. Je n'ai pas été déçue! J'ai pris le Molcajete Végé avec mon partnaire & c'était délicieux, les marguaritas aussi. Tout le monde à notre table a adoré son plat. La nourriture est authentique & fraiche. Ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus exceptionelle est le super service de notre serveur Pablo, gentil, attentif & qui m'a même amené une roulette de prix comme c'était ma fête. J'y retournerai certainement.
