Really Bad experience with the Server.
We were a group of 6 people celebrating a birthday. While during ordering she forgot to punch in 1 ordered item which I had to remind at end as I didnt recieve it. At time of bill I gave her 5% tip. She made a face on me & while I was leaving she came to see me to ask that why I gave less tip. Its a rule that when you go in Restaurants you have to tip & just because I forgot to add one dish. I explained her the tip depends on customer. She forced me to put 15% tip & was ranting because i gave her less tip. She told she was running around & too much work so she should have more tip but I again explained her that its the customer who decided the tip & not the server. At the end, she told me whatever & just left. Such a nice restaurant should not have servers like this & should show them the ettiqutes to deal with customer.Voir plus

I went for my first visit at carlos & pepe's & ordered a steak quesadilla… it was so DELICIOUS! My server Jaime was phenomenal she catered to my every need & made sure my first time at carlos & pepe's was amazing! Cuisine de base acceptable mais sans plus. Nous avons pris fajitas poulet & boeuf.Petite portion des à côté tel que fromage , laitue, crème sûre, guacamole & salsa. Si on désire plus c'est un extra.
L'ambiance n'est nullement mexicaine la musique danse assez forte & le service correct sans plus.Voir plus

Good atmosphere.
We had the taco entrée & the tortillas were so dry that they were falling apart on the plate before we even touched them.
Bloody cesar was gross.

Il y avait de la tps sur un des repas à 22$, alors que cela aurait dû être exempté. La serveuse a donné comme raison qu'il y avait des avocats importés du Mexique & c'est pourquoi la tous s'appliquait. Quelle explication ridicule qui ne fait aucun sens. La plupart de nos aliments sont importés, surtout l'hiver…. Le propriétaire devrait réviser la facturation & corriger le tout dans les plus brefs délais.Voir plus

Awful! The music is too loud. We couldn't hear our dinner mates. I ordered a raspberry margarita, slushy style, I got a daiquiri. My spouse & I ordered southwest burgers : they tasted "off" like meat that you wouldn't trust at home, you'd toss to be safe. & dry. mcDonald's would have been much better, honestly. It says that it comes red cabbage salad/slaw… none . Neither one of us. We were 9. They didn't bring us water. Or chips. The salsa has a definite taste of ketchup, it's god awful, never had a worse salsa even jars are better. We were there for over 1:30 hour before getting any food. We are never super wowed by this place but this was a horrible experience. Never ever again.Voir plus

Not impressed with the food. The salsa taste like bbq sauce mixed with tomatoes. The Mexican Enchilas did not have much protein & the tortilla is not right. The vegetables in the Mexican rice tastes like can. The drinks are good & the ambiance is nice. I've been there 4 times because it's convenient if you stay at the HI next door but each time I am totally disappointed with the food.Voir plus
