In addition to being the emblematic animal of Quebec, we were so called "the Caribou" during our visits to France, that it was obvious to borrow the name from this large deer.

Tout est toujours impeccable au Caribou. La qualité & l'originalité des produits d'ici sont toujours un plaisir. & que dire des desserts?! Miam. Excellentes découvertes: osso bucco de bison & choco'pistache. Bonne idee de faire des entrées légères, savoureuses, mais pas bourratives. Le service est chaleureux, dynamique & de bon conseil. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables. Une formidable adresse.
Un super endroit pour un brunch, le service est super & la cuisine également. c'est très bon & très joli vraiment je commande. Les serveuses sont super gentille & très à l'écoute merci encore.
Nous étions un groupe de 35 personnes pour un anniversaire. C'était le menu brunch du dimanche. Nous avons eu une collaboration incroyable du personnel. La nourriture était excellente. N' hésitez pas à contacter le restaurant si vous avez des demandes concernant votre réservation. Il feront tout leur possible pour vous satisfaire.

I have been to Caribou for both brunch & dinner, & the food is fantastic!
The menu changes with the season (aside from a few classic plates that remain permanently) featuring almost entirely local or homemade products; a very creative & exciting perk of this restaurant. I look forward to seeing their new menu as each season arrives!
They have an extensive drinks menus featuring cocktails (including unique, homemade concoctions!), non-alcoholic options, fresh pressed juices, a massive list of local beers, so much wine to choose from, etc etc.
At brunch you can expect healthy portions, sweet & savoury options, vegetarian options, & you can definitely expect delicious!!!
For dinner, well, all I can say is I would literally kill somebody for their risotto; it's sooooooo delicious. Their cauliflower steak is my personal favourite on their current spring menu! Who knew a veggie could be made to taste so good!? They also have all you can each mussels on Wednesday & Thursday nights starting end of spring through the summer. As for dessert, well you can't go wrong. My personal favourite was the'Ramène pas ta fraise' (cute name too!).
The staff is always very friendly; the owners/ chefs are in the kitchen pouring their love into each & every plate!

Une véritable surprise culinaire ! Ce restaurant propose une cuisine authentique & pleine de saveurs, portée par une cheffe qui fait preuve d'une grande originalité & d'une passion palpable dans chacune de ses créations. Chaque assiette est à la fois créative & généreuse, un vrai plaisir pour les papilles. Un brunch qualitatif & copieux. J'avais pris le chicken & waffle, à tomber ! J'encourage à prendre un dessert qui avait été recommandé par la serveuse du jour : le duo dessert pains dorés à la pistache. Encore un grand merci à elle.
We enjoyed their patio on a warm night in May. Service was great. We only had cocktails & desserts but both were excellent at a fair price. We'll go back!

Repas complet avec une belle atmosphère & un service incroyable.
Je recommande l'assiette de caribou & le poulet au gaufre sans oublier le duo de gaufre à la fraise (si vous n'avez jamais goûté à une purée de noisettes ce sera l'occasion)
Nous y étions pour une soirée moules-frites. C'était très frais & bon. Mention spéciale pour le dessert, le chou au chocolat & pistache. C'était vraiment délicieux & bien exécuté!
Nous avons passé mes amies & moi un super moment. Nous avons eu le droit à des moules à volonté c'était juste excellent. Je remercie le patron & son service pour l'accueil

Nous sommes allé à la fête des mère, dîner sans réservation sur la terrasse. La terrasse est super. La serveuse était attentionnée sans être trop présente. La nourriture étais parfaite, savoureuse & copieuse. Les prix sont très reasonable.
Ils ont même donner un petit dessert de la fête des mères. Belle expérience
We were here for dinner & the food was mostly good. Our main issue was with the service we received from start to finish.
As a party of 3, we arrived when there were 3 other tables of 2 (on a Saturday) & after our waitress took the drink order, it took a full 30 minutes to receive them. Both waitstaff that were there also obviously did not know how to make drinks & apart from the basic glass of wine ordered, the cocktails were left on the table. Food arrived somewhat in a timely manner but drink reorders were forgotten or came with a good 20 minute delay… with a quasi empty restaurant. We were then happily reminded that tip now does not include tax while or waiter looked over our shoulder to see how much tip we would leave. All in all, quite disappointed as we really felt like this restaurant had potential.
