Review Summary

Reviews describe Café Webster as a cozy, welcoming neighborhood spot in Saint Lambert with a calm, thoughtfully designed space that invites lingering. The coffee is consistently excellent, with strong, aromatic brews and frothy lattes, and the matcha is often noted as on point. Baked goods and bread are a major draw, with croissants and pastries praised and the bread described as magnificent, while tuna sandwiches and other items showcase quality ingredients. The staff are repeatedly friendly and attentive, contributing to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The cafe feels ideal for a relaxing break, a chat with friends, or work, with a window service and a sunny patio, though seating can be limited. Early hours and a reputation as a reliable favorite on the South Shore complete the picture.

I love every pastry at this bakery cafe & their iced moka is so yummy!! I just tried their Queen Elizabeth mini cake & it's probably the best thing I've tasted in a very long time!! I thought I could bake a good one but they have me beat for sure!! Their Alsacian galette is awesome too as well as their big buttery croissants! I also appreciate their outside service through their side window which we can order from during the summer days! It's so practical to be able to order directly on my walk! & they have delivery as well! Thank you for your amazing service!!

Petit café bien charmant. Mon café moka glacé était aussi super bon! Les petits pains champignons chocolat blanc son vraiment bons. Il y a peu de place assises, ce serait mon seul bémole. Mais je vais y retourner c'est certains! Merci :)

I like to give restaurants a chance when my first impression isn't over the moon, so I'll definitely come back & make a second assessment. The place caught my attention from the street. I was attracted to the sign & its corner position on Webster street. It's very cute & cozy inside. They had a $5 promo displayed on a board outside, as well as the choice of sandwiches. A curious person will undoubtedly come inside & at least order the $5 special. I didn't know that it was for a Moka coffee, but wasn't displeased. I ordered it, along with one of the veggie options that weren't sold out. All I'll say after that is that when it gets busy, forgetting one's coffee or not making sure that out of the three clients sitting down, despite a line of three other clients waiting to order to go, one must be forgiving. I therefore forgive having been forgotten & left to eat my dry sandwich while my Moka caught a cold on the counter. Had I known it was mine, or heard the three times, I was told, that "Café Moka" was called, I would have suspended my work at the table & gone to get it sooner. I'll be back for a better experience soon. This time with friends. 😉 - MTL Takeove
