We went to this location for my birthday latte, & it was a horrible experience. I asked the barista if I should show my membership card to claim the free latte & she said that I should order it online.
So I ordered my birthday latte through the Van Houtte app along with some other items. After ordering, the barista told me that she could not fulfill my order because they didn't get it even though I received text messages, emails & confirmation through the Van Houtte app that they received the order. She even told me that'other customers also had this problem where they ordered through the app' & they did not receive the order.
Needless to say, my order came through 5 minutes later so why not tell the customer that it takes a couple of minutes for the order to go through, instead of saying'I can't give you your order. Call head office.' Had I left, my order would have been sitting there. On top of all that the order was incomplete. I did not receive the small cannoli I ordered. Terrible service.
This Van Houtte is also dark & dingy. Never coming back to this Van Houtte.

Super bon, bagel oeufs & fromage avec un bon café & un gâteau aux carottes. Vraiment super bon. Je n'ai jamais vu ni goûter un gâteau aux carotte comme celui-ci. Il donne vraiment l'eau à la bouche, juste en le regardant.

Le croissant que j'ai commandé n'était pas bon du tout. Je trouve que les prix sont quand même relativement élevés. Un peu plus de 15$ pour ce croissant ainsi qu'un latte glacé petit format. Le service était néanmoins bon.

Disappointed the peach matcha drink was overly sweet & did not taste like matcha at all... Service is okay? The place is very empty, which makes you wonder what's wrong with it...

Nice spot on St. Catherine street to quickly grab coffee. It would be great to see vegan baked goods being offered. I didn't see any vegan foods while I was there.

Je donne 2 étoiles à cause du mauvais service reçu de la dame aux lunettes qui est probablement la propriétaire, elle fait sentir aux clients qu'ils la dérangent.

J'y était hier 21/02 pour une pause-café poste job, & pour ma première fois chez Van Houtte. 5 Étoiles pour l'ambiance par ce que c'était agréablement calme, mais on peut faire mieux coté hygiène (les tables) & de l'aspect général de l'endroit,la présentation des gâteux donne pas envie d'en prendre, & mon latté a l'érable était fade limite pas bon. Bonne amélioration😊

We came from nove scotia to stay for few days, i googled this cafe & was very excited to try here, coffee is very very good i loved it, i ordered cappuccino nd my frnd ordered filter coffee. The only thing is service lady working in morning attended me so rude, no smile , i understand that we dont speak french , i even tip her after paying but her attitude, Atleast she could smile , Not to mention the guy working in the morning was very helpful to us

LUNDI MATIN 9H :Service très rapide , il y avait 4 employés pour servir les clients. Bonne commande reçu. Les prix sont bon & les pâtisseries sont bonnes. Je vais y retourner pendant la session.

Les pauvres employés étaient understaff & ne savaient pas comment faire les cafés ni comment prendre les commandes. J'ai attendu longtemps. La station à café était peu hygiénique, le lait était laissé sur le comptoir. Les tables sont toutes sales avec des assiettes & des déchets non nettoyés. Les employés ne sont pas encadrés.
