The backyard patio is so lush & a perfect place to have lunch in the summer. I love all their vegan options, especially the tofu salad. I wish they had sourdough bread as I unfortunately didn't like the thick dark bread that came with the sandwiches. The wait for a table can also be quite long!

I've loved this place for decades but today was a bit of a mixed bag. Firstly, the wait on a Monday at 1pm was longish, about 15-20 minutes. Then we waited a good 30-40 minutes for our sandwiches. The sandwiches were tasty but I noticed there wasn't anywhere near as much cream cheese as back in the day. It's still a very pretty terrasse to sit on, still tasty, but it's not super tempting to return soon unless you're patient & don't mind the reduflation (but I'm sure I'll return some day because I wanna believe the things that irked me today won't necessarily happen again later).

Excellent spot for lunch. Vegetarian sandwiches were amazing & very accommodating & attentive wait staff. Patio is an oasis!!!

Their sandwiches are giant & unbeatable! The bread, which is homemade, is very soft & delicious with a nice crust. If the weather is good, I recommend sitting on the back terrasse!

This was my favorite spot for amazing sandwiches & soul healing level plant life on the ceiling. Now you can barely spot a plant but I was delighted to see dogs. Even if I ordered the wrong sandwich option: the bread crust was as dry as day old, the chicken salad lacked seasoning of any kind & the itsy cup of dressing was utterly insufficient. The thrill is gone

A little gem... Santropol is a cozey & welcoming café where service is amazing. All members of the staff are attentive & pleasant. Sandwiches are huge & tasty. Plates are well presented. The Hot Spiced Quebec Apple Juice was a wonderful discovery & exactly what I needed to warm up on a cold winter day.

I would like to go back in the summer to enjoy the courtyard.

This cafe is an experience. The sandwiches are fulfilling & the beverages are on point. Reasonable quantity & price.
I'd definitely visit again to try something new but I'm more into the place & how it's designed. Loved it !
