The carrot cake was extremely disappointing. The portion was much smaller than expected & looked nothing like the photos in previous reviews. It was definitely not worth the price.

The iced tea was very average & nothing memorable. The only positive thing about this place is the outdoor seating area.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, & I would not recommend this place.

Barista was rude & short with us when we ordered & forgot one of our drinks that we asked for multiple times. Coffee was mid & almost no ice in a iced coffee…weird.

We recently had a disappointing experience with a terrible server after coming here for 3 decades.

He did not take our food allergies seriously, did not check with kitchen staff, & served my friends plate with ingredients that would send him straight to the hospital.

No apology, no accountability. Just an attitude & look that said'I hate my job & I really don't care'.

The drink I ordered when we arrived was brought out by another server at the end of our meal. Sadly, Santropol has gone DOWNHILL & we will not be going back.

Amazing spot. The cheesecake & chai latte were super fire. The vibe is immaculate & the service was great too. Definitely wanna go back soon.

Le lieu est tout simplement incroyable. Le personnel est très gentil. Il y a pas mal d'attente, il ne faut avoir du temps. Le repas était riche & copieux. Beaucoup d'option végé & vegan.

Café très mignon & verduré, une petite parenthèse dans la ville. Attention en Été c'est plutôt plein donc il y a un peu d'attente pour aller dans le jardin
Concernant la nourriture nous n'en avons pas mangé ,mais avons pris des boissons - plutôt moyen

Ce serait mieux de servir le dessert en même temps que le café… que le dessert pis 15 minutes plus tard le café. Sinon, c'était super beau dehors & la déco intérieur 😍
