I tried their pistachio cream bomboloni, & honestly, it was incredible. The pistachio filling was unbelievably creamy with just the right amount of sweetness - not too heavy, not too sugary. The doughnut itself was soft, fluffy, & super fresh, which made every bite perfect.
I had a doppio too. The coffee was smooth, rich, & bold, exactly what you'd expect from a café with such a strong reputation.
The whole experience felt authentic & comforting. If you're in Montreal & love good pastries & great coffee, Café Olimpico is definitely worth a visit.
Je souhaite vous faire part de mon profond mécontentement concernant mon expérience dans votre café. Aucun professionnalisme n'a été démontré lors de ma visite. Les serveurs manquent clairement de respect & remettent les boissons de manière brusque, presque en les lançant, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. L'accueil n'a rien de chaleureux, & l'on ressent davantage une attente insistante de pourboires plutôt qu'un véritable service.
De plus, la qualité du café s'est nettement dégradée. Il a constamment un goût de brûlé, alors qu'auparavant il était réellement bon. C'est extrêmement décevant pour des clients fidèles comme nous.
L'hygiène laisse également à désirer : les toilettes sont toujours sales, tout comme les tables. Cela donne une impression de négligence générale.
En résumé, la qualité du service, des produits & de l'environnement n'est plus du tout à la hauteur. C'est regrettable de constater une telle dégradation.

The food is to die for. Delicous & well priced. Their coffee a trip to Europe with its authenticity. Service is quick & charming. The seating area is well decorated & lighted. Cozy with a feel of a city café. My only gripe with the place is their one bathroom. A revolving door of users leaves it dirty. It would need to be cleaned more often.
Une place de café populaire de Montréal. Le decor reflète bien le café. Il y a souvent un line up pour avoir sa commande. Le staff est rapide a executer les commandes. Leur cafe & dessert sont tres bon. A l'exterieur il y des places assises. La chose negative: le propreté à l'exterieur, les poubelles débordent souvent. Sinon l'affogato & le cafe crème sont mes coups de coeu
Super bar italien sportif de renommée ! Belle clientèle endroit très sympas rue St viateur, pas d alcool, pas de machine à jeux , exelent café, capucino, dessert italien!. Il ouvre à 6h d matin les serveurs du matin très sympas & Conviviale! Claudio, paulo, lucas, jonnhy, etc.. Je recommande à tous cette adresse venez tôt après 8h le matin il y a la file d'attente ! Bravo à toute l équipe & le jeune patron jonathan !👏

Good amount of SCVs, they are ready. APM is quite high. Reynor would approve. You can pay cash skipping the line if you have a mustache or second generation Italian. Cafe freddo are amazing.

The vibe at Cafe Olimpico is always buzzing, always busy, always friendly & fast. Came highly recommended, & would highly recommend! They have oat milk & were very accommodating with a'half-caf' request. The perfect pick me up for two New Yorkers visiting Montreal's Mile End: Cafe Olimpico for an oat milk latte then down the street for St Viateur Bagels ('all dressed' for everything bagel lovers).
Les cafés est très bon & le service aussi mais pas assez de place mais à la télé pour l'ambiance toujours les mêmes matchs enregistrer donc l'ambiance 😪
