A very small shop but the wait was worth it! The crema & affogato was so legit & had good coffee flavor!

Really disappointing visit. Le café était à peine chaud & manquait vraiment de goût, so it definitely didn't feel worth the price.
What stood out the most was the service. Le personnel semblait bête & pas du tout intéressé, comme s'ils voulaient simplement passer les commandes le plus vite possible. Aucun effort pour expliquer le menu, répondre aux questions ou recommander quelque chose si tu hésitais.

Honnêtement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet endroit a autant de bonnes reviews sur Google. Je n'y retournerai pas.

The coffee is nice, & the staff sometimes friendly but sometimes cold. But why is tipping at takeout counters still expected? Between high income taxes & sales tax on food & drinks, the cost keeps climbing. A simple cup of coffee can end up costing $7.50-8.50 with a tip, which feels excessive. If you choose not to tip but visit regularly, it can also become uncomfortable because there often seems to be an expectation that customers will tip every time. Moreover, tips there start at 18%. Come on!

Excellent coffee shop with a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The coffee was rich & flavorful, the pastries were fresh, & the staff provided friendly service. A perfect place to relax or meet with friends. I would definitely visit again.

One of the best coffees in Montreal, hands down! Desserts & ice cream are to die for too… & if Sam is the barista on duty, you're gonna have a great time! 👌😃

I absolutely loved the tiramisu! Not too sweet & just the right portion. If you love coffee, the caffè crema is a must try. Especially in the Montréal heat. This place does tend to get packed & many food items such as the cannoli or sandwiches are limited & sell out.
