Holt Cafe is racist! I visited the cafe after shopping at Holt,I don't drink so I settled for some Orange Juice & pancakes,the waitress proceeded to tell me they don't have OJ after 11am & that I should perhaps go around to eggspectation(which I love) for some! I was appalled & very disappointed by the incident that I ended up leaving!! I never went back again because I didn't feel welcome! It's unacceptable & I hope that those who are not welcome support businesses that treat them as valuable customers no matter their race!

Café Holt is spectacular- always my go-to when in Montreal. The Caesar Salad with chicken was amazing! Marc, our server, made our experience extra special- he suggested a great wine, was attentive & so pleasant! Highly recommend this restaurant (& server, if you can get him)! :)
My dear friend brought me here for my birthday lunch, & I was immediately impressed by how beautifully the café is designed - every detail was thoughtfully done. We ordered the truffle fries & the Cobb salad, & both were absolutely delicious.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from Michelle. She was professional, warm, & genuinely thoughtful. She overheard my friend mentioning to the maître d' that it was my birthday, & to my surprise, she brought out some delicious macarons with a candle!
That small but heartfelt gesture made my day & truly elevated the entire experience. I hope the management recognizes how fortunate they are to have such a dedicated & professional person on their team. I'll definitely be coming back!
Après une parenthèse shopping bien méritée dans l'univers prestigieux de Holt Renfrew Ogilvy, je me suis accordé un brunch au Café Holt - un moment de pur raffinement. J'ai choisi la tartine à l'avocat, servie sur un pain au levain grillé, relevée par une salsa d'avocat d'une grande fraîcheur, une touche subtile de feta, un soupçon de harissa & un oeuf poché parfaitement exécuté. Une assiette élégante, fraîche & raffinée, à l'image du lieu.
Le service, irréprochable & attentionné, fut rapide & élégant. L'ambiance chic & bien fréquentée, dans ce cadre contemporain, a sublimé l'expérience.
Un brunch exquis qui marie luxe discret, élégance & saveurs délicates. Un grand merci au Café Holt pour ce moment que j'ai savouré avec beaucoup de plaisir.

An upscale café nestled among luxury brand boutiques, spacious & elegant. The food was delicious, & the service was flawless from the coat check-in to the food serving. Our waitress, Jacky, stood out with her attentiveness & courteousness, always smiling as she spoke. The Americano coffee, while decent, fell short of my expectations. It lacked the richness needed to satisfy my caffeine cravings. When Jacky brought my second Americano, she misplaced the spoon on the wrong side of the cup & immediately apologized for the oversight, even though I hadn't noticed it myself. The overall experience was delightful, making it a place worth visiting.
The very carefully designed interior with the large windows that bring in natural light make this a delightful & unique space in Montreal. Another great feature of this restaurant is the low noise level. It was a pleasure to be able to have lunch downtown in a quiet & discreet establishment. The service was efficient, lacked warmth & pretty detached. The food is on the pricier side & I guess what you would expect at a department store cafeteria. I have had better salmon tartare & green salad elsewhere but not in such nice surroundings.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un très bon moment de l'entré au dessert, bien reçu, & ils ont su corriger une erreur d'une façon irréprochable. Je recommande le café Holt pour lequel je suis un habitué. 👍🏼
Cafe très beau. Belle deco Plafonds haut. Siege confortable La nourriture est correcte. Je m'attendais à un peu mieux mais bon. Ce n'est pas un mauvais choix Le service était correct aussi Le service n'est pas chaleureux Mais j'y retournerai sûrement Je nai pas pu prendre beaucoup de photo car il y avais beaucoup de gens
L endroit est très beau mais déçue par l accueil à la porte & le service moyen pour un endroit comme celui ci..on doit reclamer le sucre & des serviettes..pour un café. ..les prix sont corrects par contre!
