Dans l'ensemble Café Figata se présente comme une option italienne fiable et bien exécutée à Montréal, avec une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale qui en fait une adresse agréable pour un dîner ou une soirée entre amis. Le service est décrit comme attentif et efficace en période normale, même si certaines visites signalent des moments plus lents et des défaillances occasionnelles. Just an absolutely incredible place for Italian food. They've done such a good job with the rebrand & it was really good value for money. Could not recommend this place more!! I highly recommend the mushroom thingy. I can't remember the name, but it was really great.

We were served by Naira ! What a sweet caring Lovely lady ! She made the whole difference in our dining experience! We will go back soon & often that's for sure !

Warm & friendly & the food was fantastic. Drinks from the bartenders were top notch, especially the Italian Grey hound. The meatballs were out of this world. Going back soon !

I wish I could've given a great review because I had high expectations for this place. Unfortunately the service was horrible, the octopus was burnt to a crisp. It was not edible. I mentioned it & the waitress shrugged & said sorry. She didn't let us order our meal & said to eat the appetizers first (we were 4 & ordered 4 appetizers to share) but when it came time to order our meals, there was no steaks left.
Didn't fill our water once. Tried explaining what guanciale was to my husband & I when we tried to find something that WAS available on the menu that night. We are both Italian, he just arrived here from Italy & needless to say guanciale & bacon are not the same thing & perhaps someone should inform her of this. There's tons more I can say but I'll refrain as I wasted enough time & money eating here. This place should be called SFIGATA... per chi ci mangia.
The food was very good but the service is really what elevated our experience. Victoria was amazing!!! Professional, kind, & attentive. It was a pleasure being served by her!
Figata absolutely delivers on all fronts - food, service, & overall vibe.
The food was outstanding - every dish was spot-on, full of flavour, & clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Easily one of those places where you end up ordering more than planned because everything looks (& tastes) that good.
Service was just as impressive. Attentive, welcoming, & seamless from start to finish - you feel taken care of without it ever being over the top.
As for the atmosphere, the place was buzzing. Great energy, a stylish crowd, & a lively yet refined ambiance that makes it perfect for both a fun night out or a special occasion.
All around, an exceptional experience. Definitely a spot worth going back to.
Figata is a great addition to the neighbourhood! The portion sizes are generous, & the atmosphere makes you want to linger. We were never rushed through our lovely three-course meal. Our waiter, Viral, was a standout: his suggestions were spot-on & he read the table perfectly, setting just the right pace for the evening.
Absolutely delicious food just came across it while walking in the neighbourhood. Even impressed me with the mushroom pasta & I dont like Italian lol. Shoutout to Viral our host he was super kind & helped us choose. Will def be back.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la soirée passée là-bas, l'ambiance & le service étaient excellents. Une belle mention au propriétaire, qui veille réellement à sa clientèle & à la qualité de l'expérience. & mention spéciale à Joelle & au barman Corey, qui ont été très sympathiques. Je recommande ce restaurant!
Figata est l'un des meilleurs restaurants italiens où j'ai mangé. La serveuse, Victoria, était très sympathique & professionnelle. Elle nous a très bien servis & a pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu. Très belle ambiance également.
