From the moment we stepped into Figata, we knew we were in for a great experience. The atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the staff made us feel welcome right away. A special shoutout to the hostess-her friendly energy truly set the tone for the entire evening.

We ordered a few dishes to share, & here's what stood out:

* Focaccia: An absolute must-order. Light, fluffy, & perfectly baked-such a great way to start the meal.
* Spaghetti Fries: We weren't sure what to expect, but they ended up being such a fun & delicious surprise. Pro tip: ask for the sauces on the side to keep them nice & crispy.
* Caesar Salad: Fresh, well-made, & flavorful. While it was good, it didn't quite stand out as much as the other dishes.
* Pasta: Easily the highlight of the night. We tried the Lumache Vodka & Funghi e Tartufo, & both were phenomenal. Rich, comforting, packed with flavor, & cooked to perfection-10/10 doesn't even do them justice.
* Dolci Tiramisu: The perfect ending to the meal. It tasted fresh, homemade, & had just the right balance of sweetness.

Overall, Figata exceeded our expectations. Between the incredible food, welcoming atmosphere, & outstanding service, it's definitely a spot we'll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

Underwhelming. Ordered the meatballs & focaccia. Both were not good. First off, what they serve as'focaccia', looks like a slice of sponge cake. Meatballs were chewy & sauce was acidic. Funghi pasta was just okay. The vodka pasta was just horrible. Didn't eat it at all but I did appreciate that they didn't charge it. When your menu is mostly pasta, you cannot be over cooking pasta & serving bad tomato sauce. Very overhyped.

A good restaurant overall, but with a few considerations.

First, the service was excellent - truly hard to fault. The atmosphere was also very pleasant, & I honestly don't have any complaints about the space itself.

Now, about the food. I believe this place has gained a lot of hype because of TikTok, & for that reason, I found it a bit overrated. The food is good & has a very homemade feel to it. The meatballs ($15 for three pieces), paired with the focaccia ($7), tasted like something your grandmother would make - comforting & satisfying, but without that'wow' factor that makes you think about a dish for days afterward. For such simple, home-style flavors, I found it somewhat expensive.

For the main course, I had the Zozzona. It felt a bit more restaurant-worthy, but again, there was nothing particularly complex or unique about it - just a tasty pasta dish that many other places can execute equally well.

To finish, I had the tiramisu. It was good, but not memorable. In fact, that sums up the entire meal: everything was tasty, but nothing was exceptional or'pray-between-bites' good.

What surprised me most was the final bill. After taxes, it came to only $36, which was less than I expected. For that price, I ate quite well & left satisfied. Still, despite the hype, I wouldn't describe the experience as anything particularly special.

A warm, nonna-inspired Italian dining experience in St-Henri defined by comfort, restraint, & familiarity, supported by a cozy ambience & a thoughtfully curated oldies soundtrack that enhanced atmosphere without overwhelming conversation.

Culinarily, the grilled octopus (polpo) stood out as a clear highlight-well-executed with confident texture control & balanced seasoning, reflecting strong kitchen technique & precision.

The pasta alla zozzona was indulgent & satisfying in concept, though slightly oversalted, which at moments overshadowed its richness. The beef carpaccio similarly leaned salt-forward, with seasoning exceeding the delicacy of the raw beef. This was also noted in the focaccia which was our attempt to absorb the saltiness of the beef.

The St-Germain spritz provided a light, aromatic counterpoint, while the tiramisu delivered a classic, well-structured finish with appropriate balance of cocoa, cream, & coffee bitterness.

Overall, the experience remained cohesive & inviting-anchored by standout execution in select dishes, softened by a warm atmosphere, with minor seasoning inconsistencies preventing full refinement but not diminishing the restaurant's return appeal.

Charcuterie board was good, could have used a less basic cheese though. The artichokes were a pleasantly unique touch but not sure why they were piled on the sun-dried tomatoes. The sun-dried tomatoes were delicious. The cured meat was nice. Olives were good quality. Maybe serve it on a board?
The focaccia wasn't really like any other focaccia I get at other places. It's passable with the above platter but otherwise I wouldn't get it.
The Zozzona was disappointing, you couldn't taste & barely could see the sausage. There was nothing to balance out the strong cheeses.
I enjoyed the funghi e tartufo, very solid mushroom pasta dish.
Tiramisu wasn't cut properly & was mostly mascarpone. Didn't really have enough flavour to it.
Overall I think more effort could be put into presentation.
My Negroni Terra was good, very similar to a typical Negroni.
Cute decor. Nice 80s music. Excellent service. Was very helpful with the wine. Called me when my friend forgot her bag, which was very appreciated.

Had a great experience at Restaurant Figata. Fun vibe, friendly service, & a really solid menu.

We shared a bunch of appetizers including the charcuterie board, focaccia, meatballs, Caesar salad, & burrata all delicious & perfect for the table. The pastas were just as good, & we finished with ice cream & tiramisu which hit the spot 🍝🍨

Newly opened & already feels like they're doing things right. The place was full & the energy showed it. Definitely worth a visit 👍

Great time at Figata - I loved the vibe. The service was good & the atmosphere was really nice.
My two comments:
First, $19 for a drink is a bit excessive. I was actually the only one at the table who ordered one because everyone else found the price too high. I'm totally fine paying $14-15 for a cocktail, but when my drink is almost the same price as my main meal… I'm good, thanks.
Second, portion sizes were solid for my friends (risotto, mushroom pasta, & vodka pasta all looked great). My pasta vongole was delicious, & there was a generous amount of clams & sauce, but the actual pasta portion felt a bit light. It just needed a little more to balance the dish.
The calamari & shrimp were really good. The burrata was good as well. The focaccia, though, felt more like sliced bread than house-made focaccia.
Overall, I'd go back - I'd just rethink what I order next time… & probably stick to water.

Non c'e male. Il servizio era molto buono. Purtroppo la pasta era quasi cruda, e il sugo in generale non aveva tanto gusto - ci voleva qualcosa di piu. La focaccia era molto morbida

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Figata & I'm still thinking about the meal days later. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, & effortlessly stylish.

We were served by Vee, who was truly fantastic. Attentive without being overbearing & knowledgeable about the menu. Vee elevated the entire evening with thoughtful recommendations & impeccable service.

To start, we had the polpette paired with fresh focaccia bread. You can taste the care & quality in every bite. For the main, the cowboy cut steak with broccolini was cooked to perfection. Juicy, tender, & beautifully seasoned. Napolitain ice cream for dessert was a great way to tie it all up.

Huge compliments to the chef for creating such a delicious & well-executed menu. Figata is a gem, & I can't wait to come back. If you're looking for exceptional Italian cuisine with top-tier service, this is the place. Highly recommend!
