I got surprised by the cash-only payment because the Google listing included card payment. They do have an ATM, so it wasn't a huge problem & I'll know to take cash out ahead on my next visit.
I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast egg sandwich I got. The staff was very nice & friendly. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Best coffee spot in Montreal (really). Warm, cozy atmosphere & excellent coffee. The food tastes fresh & homemade, & the service is genuinely welcoming. Note: cash only, have ATM inside, Highly recommended.

Cash only which usually only means one thing in Montreal... Food. Ok Coffee: great. Service:barely. Come here for good coffee if you have some change in your pocket & leave.
Coffee is on par with the rest of the neighborhood. It's good, but it cost me an extra 3 bucks just to be able to pay for it. I mean, I'm all for cash friendly. Establishments, but cash only or atm.I don't know if that's acceptable these days.I don't think so.
Staff was nice but it would be nice to know it's cash only, & see the prices before as I was overcharged for a simple coffee…
The Coffee wasn't great either, wouldn't really recommend this place
Great latte & bagel for my morning☕
very helpful barista, welcoming & enthusiastic.
Fair price.
Will def come back! Cash only tho but they have an atm in the store & a few banks nearby if ever.

What I liked :- very nice staff. The guy who gave me the coffee was well behaved & in general the staff was very friendly to everyone around. They had two TVs inside so a good place to watch a game with friends.
What I didn't like :-
1. I ordered a coffee for 3.5 & they asked me for CASH! This was super unexpected. They had an ATM machine which charged me 2.75 dollars for withdrawal. The person who served me was kind enough to say that I can enjoy my coffee & then find an ATM nearby & pay later but it was raining heavily & the nearest ATM is also not so near.
2. The tables were exceptionally small. I realized that the cafe was not for working. My 14 inch laptop & a coffee cup fit the whole width!
The bagels & the sandwiches were good
The coffee was alright
They didn’t tell us before we ate that they’re cash only; didn’t have any Canadian cash & instead of doing the 15% back for the CA to US conversion like at other stores, he charged us one for one. Meaning he overcharged us by $15. Also, he definitely had a credit card reader 😒
Excellent coffee. I had my usual Americano.
But bring cash. No cards accepted. First server bluntly turned me away, suggesting I might want to use the cash machine in the corner. When I returned with cash a different server was infinitely more responsive. C’est la vie.
