Café Coco & Bean in Beaconsfield is repeatedly described as a warm, cozy and stylish café with excellent coffee, fresh pastries and cookies, and a friendly, community oriented vibe. Drinks are praised for quality when prepared well, though several visits note occasional inconsistency in service and milk texturing. I have visited this café numerous times in the hope that the quality would improve, but unfortunately this past weekend will be my last visit. Given the level of coffee education readily available today, it is disappointing that the baristas do not appear to receive proper training in milk texturing. I worked in coffee for ten years, & I would never have served a latte, or any milk-based drink, with burnt milk or a foam full of large bubbles. When the milk is not properly textured, the drink should be discarded & remade. A silky, consistent texture is the minimum standard for a high-quality specialty coffee beverage. Paying more than $5 for a drink that is barely drinkable is simply not acceptable. I hope the café invests in proper training, but for now, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The design tones here are chosen tastefully. Inside, there are several beautiful tables with very comfortable chairs, & there are also outdoor tables, which adds a great option to enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere. 🌳
The staff is very welcoming, & the place is clean & fresh.
The coffee here is great, & the pastries are always fresh. 🥐 Judging by the menu, they have espresso, Americano, cappuccino, & other coffee drinks, both hot & iced. They also offer various syrups & alternative milks. It's clear they take their coffee seriously!
I especially want to mention a cool addition to the interior - there are small photos of dogs hanging on the wall! 🐶
The atmosphere is so cute. Seriously one of the cutest cafés I've ever been to. I just wish they had more variety in their food selection. Their place was pretty cold, I realized there is a sliding door that people can come through. Also Lactose free milk should be an option, if I remember correctly I had to get an oat milk matcha latte. It was very good, but for variety & healthier options, lactose free milk should be offered.
When I am in town I always come here! The atmosphere is so inviting, comforting, & warm. The staff always remembers my name & the specialty coffees are so yummy! I love the treats as well that are from local bakeries. Highly recommend! Shout out to co-owner Ashley, always a gem & so friendly. Please ask for her, she makes a killer oat milk hot latte!
Delicious Coffee & Drinks Great Saint-Henri coffee, both iced & hot. They serve every syrup you can think of. They have pistachio rose, vanilla, & hazelnut to name a few. In addition to regular milk, they also offer almond milk & oat milk. That makes this place a win in my book! An accompanying bites The shop also serves a variety of food from local vendors, from croissants, soups, salads (Trois Soeurs) to cookies. The cookies come from Brookies MTL & they're my favourite. They specialize in gourmet cookies inspired by the amazing, sweet things we've enjoyed over the years like Lucky Charms, Mini Eggs, Cinnamon Buns, Strawberry Poptarts, Reese's, & so many more. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention their famous carrot cake & their infamous crookie. Let's also not forget to mention their bento cakes! Overall, it's a super cool spot with great vibes. Seating can be limited, so I always get my order to-go or get there early. Love this local coffee shop. Their cookies are the best in town & they serve Bob's Homestyle iconic carrot cake. Love their vegan milk options. Macadamia nut milk is my favourite & I buy cartons to go! The scones are also amazing. Their new grilled cheese sandwiches are yummy! Owners & staff are lovely & do a lot of community outreach. It's a pleasure to support this local business.

This quaint coffee shop in the heart of Beaurepaire village has quickly become a local favourite. Whether for a gingerbread oat milk latte, a double espresso, signature carrot cake or les 3 seours salad, you can find anything your sweet heart desires. I could keep naming the lovely finds but suggest you stop by yourself to see what other little gems they have to offer ❤️
