I've gone several times now- & the only reason I *wouldn't* return again is the children. Every time I've gone, or any time my friends have gone- there's no expectation for parents controlling their children. Kids are allowed to manhandle the kittens, which is extremely unpleasant to watch. Parents are never expected to control their children's behavior- & I've had young kids crawl under my table & practically upskirt me- or have had children try to play on my table while I have food & drink. I would return if ANYTHING was done about this.View more
Fun place to go with kids. Cats are everywhere & really friendly. Slow service, but who goes for fast service? People who work there are nice!View more
Nice concept but implemented not in the best way. Children poking & stalkering cats, parent & staff not giving a s*t about it but when my wife tried to take on her lap a cat that came to her & rubbed its head against her leg - staff suddenly appeared & asked her not to. Whether it's one law for everyone or no laws at all 🙂 Noise level is also above average with all those kids & on Sunday noon. Nice experience to have just once.View more
Such a little cute cafe! The food & drinks are very yummy & the prices very reasonable :3
The cats are adorable & I'm happy that they can be adopted, its such a good idea.
It's a good place to study, but when it gets filled with kids… its a bit chaotic for homework (& for the poor kitties trying to rest)View more
Great place to go with the kids. Very reasonable prices. & excellent service.View more
I went here with my bestfriend to go see some cats & have a drink. We both got the Italian soda & turns out- you can add multiple syrups together for a mixed flavor! The cats were great & adorable but there were a lot of kids running after them 😭😭. Overall, it was really great!View more
It's an awesome place to have a quick snack with some super well behaved kitties! they're great around kids & those who are working. It's a great experience!View more
Super cute location, wonderful place for a yummy coffee or snack around mischievous kittens. Lots of fun cat-related art & merch available. Delicious pastries. Kid-friendly.View more
The staff love cats & good coffee. I also love cats & good coffee. It's a delightful place to be. They also have books, a play area for kids, amazing cat furniture, & really good meals. I love the curry! The only drawback is that it is sometimes too popular & either gets packed or has several children being a bit loud. Staff do a great job managing this & making sure the cats have a quiet area so that they avoid stress. I recommend coming here later in the evening on weekdays to avoid the big rush. :)View more
I really like this cafe, the food is good & I like that the cats are adoptable & have places to be away from people. But I truly wish parents stopped letting their kids run around like it's a daycare & supervise their children when interacting with the cats! Picking them up when they seem stressed, crawling under other people's tables. I wish the staff had a sign up explaining it's not a daycare & to supervise your children, the poor cats. If you are a parent reading reviews & planning to bring your children here please teach your children boundaries on respecting animals, that includes young children ages 5-6. So many parents don't seem to even look over to what their children are doing or if they do they seem to think it'd alright for their child to grab at kittens. I've seen kids corner some of the cats even, that's horrible! I've seen others say children had sat & stepped on their things & I had the same happen to me too. I've never seen parents let their children run around like this in any other restaurant including other cat cafes. "Child friendly" doesn't mean it's an indoor play park.View more
ive been there a couple times now & i usually enjoy it quite a lot. However, it seems to be a recurring issue that employees do not reinforce the rules of not picking up cats or chasing after them which is very unfortunate. I keep seeing children handle cats in a way that they do not like. They also run after cats that clearly want to be left alone. I understand not having an age restriction in a public cafe, but when the children are making the ground shake & CRAWLING under other customers' table, maybe let's interfere. Also, a mother & her two children felt entitled to come into our table in order to pet a cat that was sleeping next to us. The kids literally STEPPED on my friend's bag while the other SAT on our coats. Additionally, a customer came to our table KNOCKED DOWN our cup just to come abruptly wake the same cat for some pictures. There is absolutely no respect for personal space from some of the customers which makes for an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. Employees are super nice & friendly. They bring your food to your table even! I really do feel like they should be more adamant about reinforcing rules & making sure customers don't disturb other customers. Oh also soup is heavily underseasoned 🧍🏼♀️ im still ate it but damn 🧍🏼♀️View more
Good place to spend time with kids or friends. Cats were not in the mood to play at all though. There were not enough younger cats. Older ones kept sleeping. Otherwise, kids had fun playing.View more
There's a lot to love about a cat cafe, especially if you're a cat person who chooses to no longer have cats at home. I love that this is so welcoming, has great drinks & food, & is kid friendly. However, that last point is where it loses a star. The past few times I've visited, there have been kids literally running, screaming, & throwing toys anywhere & everywhere. On one occasion, an employee had to ask a woman several times to calm her child before they finally left (maybe they were asked to leave, I don't know). I understand kids may get overexcited by all the adorable cats, but parents, *please* follow the cafe's rules & encourage your kids to remain calm, which will ultimately make for a better kid-cat experience anyway.View more
Overrun by kids at all times who annoy the cats. The food is overpriced but okay taste-wise. I've gone three times looking to have a relaxing visit & was met with kids running, & even a baby getting changed in one of the cafe tables. This place has potential, but they should incorporate a booking system or some sort of way to ensure both guests & cats can have moments of peace.View more
Love the concept but the place is overrun by kids running around chasing after cats & ignoring their boundaries while their parents ignore their behaviour to chat & be on their phones. I was barely there for 20 minutes before one of the workers had to collect the cats to bring them in the back room away from the kids. They had amazing customer services though so kudos to the employees. View more
We went there on a Sunday morning, shortly after the opening time. It was a pleasant experience. We ordered hot chocolate & croissant. The hot chocolate was pretty good, though the croissant wasn't fresh. The cats are playful & adorable. They seem well taken care of. It's a fun learning activity for kids but be sure to look after them, so they don't nag or chase after the cats. We stayed there until 11am when it started to get very busy.View more
It's a fantastic spot, but it's starting to be way too crowded with kids running after the cats. I am not angry about the coffee employees but more about the parents who don't tell their kids to be gentle & respectful of others.View more
Amazing & so kid friendly! The best day to go is on Sundays when everyone is taken a break & just enjoying their day. :)View more
