Overall, Café Chat L'Heureux is described as a cozy cat cafe with adorable, well cared for cats and friendly staff, offering a relaxing space where guests can unwind with feline company; many reviews praise the attentive service, the calm atmosphere, and the variety of drinks and desserts, though experiences vary including long waits for orders, occasional noise from children, and some concerns about cleanliness or price, with a few visitors feeling the space is busy or the food not always memorable.
Endroit agréable , mais les chats étaient cachées ou en hauteur donc on ne pouvaient pas les flatter ou même les voir... Assez décevant je n'y retournerai pas .. J'ai fait 1h30 de route en plus :(
I have nothing but positive things to say about this café. The owners are so kind & you can tell that they love the cats. I love all the artwork as well & the food & drinks are amazing. I love that you can eat in the same area as the cats as cat cafés in Toronto are a lot more strict, & the vibe seem to be very calm & chilling easy to take a nap or do some work. All the cats were so well-behaved & well taken care of.
I am a huge cat enthusiast & this is a god send place for me. Love the animal humane contribution & affection. Really exquisite spot that stands out & reinforces an attitude that is positive & love seeing that push outside a norm.
Amazing experience with the cats! They roam free & there are a few rules to avoid accidents, like no picking them up or bothering them when they're eating or drinking. Also, we need to wash our hands before coming inside. The not-so-good part involved people who don't know how to behave around cats, but there's nothing we can do about that. The prices are reasonable & the service is friendly! I recommend it!
Un peu cher & lent pour goûter quelque chose, mais propre, joliment décoré, ils se soucient vraiment de leurs petits félins, & font de leur mieux pour veiller à ce que les règles soient respectées (contrairement au Café Chato de Verdun).
Excellent service, the café moka was amazing & my daughter said it was the best hot chocolate she'd ever had. All while being able to pet some beautiful fur babies. A great place to visit.
The place is clean, friendly & the they have a good environment & surveillance of the cats on it, they have even taught some of the cats to make tricks, & the cats have a very nice adapted space where they cam move around. The only thing preventing me for given 5 stars is the price of things, they are a bit expensive for the size of portions, although the smoothies are delicious, they are small for the price.

Do not expect too much. This is overpriced café with lazy cats during the day they sleep & rarely show up on the floor. very little interaction with the customers.we came for the cats & we were disappointed. There is no variety of food. It's pricey, but it's tasty, I would not recommend to go there for the cat interaction.
