Poffertjes are traditionally served hot in dozen pieces sprinkled with icing sugar and melted butter. Our revisitation offers a base faithful to the original recipe by offering a range of up-to-date toppings and sauces on a dozen poffertjes freshly cooked in front of our customers.

Love profs

Edit: writing again after a year. Still the best cafe in the world for me. I make sure to visit this place when I come to Montreal. & now they have ashta & fruit cocktails. Highly recommend

I visited Cafe Casa de Pastel today & had an amazing experience! I tried their famous Berlin (Biscoff caramel choco blanc) & Tokyo (strawberry Nutella & choco blanc) mini pancakes - they were absolutely delicious & full of flavor.

The choco pistachio crepes were an OG must-try - perfectly made & incredibly tasty. I also loved their KitKat drink; it was rich, refreshing, & the perfect treat.

Overall, the staff was very friendly, humble, & welcoming, which made the visit even better.

Highly recommend this place - definitely a must-try! 😊

Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin ! L'endroit est impeccable, le service est chaleureux & attentionné. Mon dessert était tout simplement délicieux, & que dire du café… sans doute l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu la chance de goûter ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse à tous les gourmands. Hâte d'y retourner !

J'ai rencontré le propriétaire lors d'un voyage & il m'avait recommandé son café à Montréal. À mon retour, j'y suis allé, & c'est un 10/10 ! Le service est impeccable, la nourriture de qualité, & l'endroit est très propre. L'ambiance est agréable, parfaite pour passer un bon moment entre amis en savourant un snack. À ne pas manquer !

Since I discovered Cafe casa de pastel, I keep going back for the banana/salted caramel/Nutella mini-pancake (proff), a combination made in heaven, but all their other proffs are delicious as well.
