Poffertjes are essentially mini pancakes made of yeast and flour with a spongy texture imitating that of pancakes. Poffertjes are traditionally served hot in dozen pieces sprinkled with icing sugar and melted butter. Our revisitation offers a base faithful to the original recipe by offering a range of up-to-date toppings and sauces on a dozen poffertjes freshly cooked in front of our customers.

I ordered takeout last night & noticed a decline in the quality of the food compared to previous visits. I'm not sure if there has been a change in the chef or management, but the difference was noticeable. I also paid an extra $3 for chocolates, yet the portion was smaller than what is usually provided.
Additionally, when I tried to politely remind the cashier not to forget the extra chocolates, I was met with a rude response & told to sit down instead of having my concern acknowledged. Overall, the customer service was poor, & the experience left me disappointed. I hope this matter is looked into. Attaching the receipt.

Such a nice experience! The staff is very friendly & attentive, & the owner is really sweet. The food was excellent & came out fresh. One of my favorite spots!✨

Super de bon service les mini crêpes étais super bonne nous essayons sa pour la première fois c'etait insane en bouche 🤤🤤🤤recommandé à 110% fondante en bouche & le personnelle très accueillant👌🏽

It was our first experience & we really enjoyed it. We ordered Professeur & Madrid* & it was definitely worth it, very tasty & not overpowering at all, except for the Nutella which is always sweet, but overall everything was very tasty, fresh & warm
