I stumbled upon it while searching for the best coffee shops in Montreal, & since it was in a neighborhood I hadn't visited yet, I thought, "Why not?" Little did I know that I would return for their Freddo Matcha, & then I discovered their specialty drink, the Greek Freddo Cappuccino, which I also loved & became my second favorite. Since it's not super close to me, I usually spend a few hours there working & enjoying my drinks. I get both drinks every time I am there & a fresh pastry on the side. Beyond the amazing drinks & pastries, the warm atmosphere really draws you in. The staff are incredibly friendly as well as the owners, remembering your name & favorite drink, making you feel like part of the community. I usually try every place once, maximum twice, & then move on to discover new spots, but I can't resist coming back here. The taste of their drinks is something I look forward to every time, & since I am still a bit homesick, this place makes me feel welcomed & at ease. They consistently deliver great quality & appreciate all their customers. Thank you, Alphabet!

Currently indulging in Alphabet's signature Freddo Cappuccino-it's their take on the traditional Greek iced coffee, prepared with quality & substance, & served with a unique twist. I've been here a few times & been consistently happy with the coffee, but the last time was the best. I was in the middle of moving apartments & arrived right at opening time. I was cranky & exhausted, & I looked around at the staff & they were all just... oozing joy. Huge smiles, genuine happiness, it was just lovely & massively improved my day.

le meilleur café à montréal! ça fait déjà un an que je vais au café alphabet, & je ne suis jamais déçue. les baristas sont toujours souriants & leurs cafés sont excellents. mention spécial au matcha freddo, c'est juste incroyable
Always busy & hard to find space but pretty good coffee & matcha. Some cold drinks are a bit sweet but you can tailor to your personal taste

Accueil pro & sympathique. De plus il vienne de mettre à la vente les babkas de "rose bombec" & ça c'est une super nouvelle pour accompagner son latte !
Definitely my favourite place in Montreal. The atmosphere, the people, matcha is the best I ever tried, the way terrace is made, & the smell of basil which is growing out there. Every detail is such a pleasant. I'll go there once again before leaving & it will be my first place to come back as well
The Freddo Cappuccino is very decadent & the Freddo Espresso really tasty.

Atmosphere is awesome! Both staff are so friendly! The matcha is 💯. Definitely worth the visit!
