The sugar shack
Founded in 1941, Cabane à sucre Constantin has always stood out for the quality and diversity of its products. Quality, service and atmosphere are the guidelines of La Famille Constantin. Whether it is for food, activities or the festive atmosphere, no matter the season, there is always something to do at Cabane à sucre Constantin.
From Valentine's Day until the end of April, sugaring-off time is in full swing. Come and savor our traditional sugaring-off menu served at will.
Have a fun time with us. Several activities are available: taffy on snow, dance hall, horse-drawn sleigh ride ($), mini-farm and exotic animals ($), inflatable games, doll museum, puppet theater, mini 4-wheel circuit ($ ), hiking, souvenir shop, visit of the evaporators (upon reservation).

Nous avons une tradition depuis 5 ans c'est de manger un souper style cabane à sucre le 31 décembre. Constantin sont dans les seules à avoir des boites style cabane à sucre en décembre. Par contre je pense que cest la dernière année que je fais ça parce que tout étais sans gout. Saucisses dans le sirop, fade. Creton, fade, omelette bof pour 100$ j'ai été déçu.

Nous avons fêté le reveillon à cet endroit. Nous avions réservé 6 tables pournotre groupe. Au total, il y avait plusieurs familles pour environ 500 personnes. Il y avait un DJ, le buffet a été servi par numéro de table & il y avait une bouteille de mousseux par table incluse. Le buffet s'est transformé en piste de danse après le souper. La nourriture était bonne, le prix des boissons n'était pas exagéré & on a eu beaucoup de plaisir!

Tout était parfait décorations père Noël nourriture confort des chaises. Seul point négatif musique trop forte les jeunes enfants avaient mal aux oreilles.

Nous avons acheté des repas de Noël en portion familiale. Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous y allons & l'atmosphère y est très festive. Les gens sur place sont de service & très avenants pour nous suggérer différents plats traditionnels de Noël.
De plus la bouffe est comme si nous le faisions nous même. La différence pas de nettoyage de four & autre.
Super endroit & atmosphère accueillant. Service super.
Nous y retournerons & de pous pas de chicane pour le stationnement...

Ma famille & moi se sont régalés de vos très bons plats, & que dire de votre tarte au sirop d'érable! Je reviens l'an prochain ou avant peut-être. Un Joyeux temps des Fêtes à toute l'équipe!

On est montés de Sorel-Tracy, bravé la tempête pour aller se chercher un forfait boite repas de Noël, arrivés un peu avant la fermeture à 16h40. On a eu un service impeccable chaleureux & que dire de la deco, c est enchanteur, en plein dans l esprit des fetes. Les enfants étaient émerveillés !!
Les portions de repas sont plus que généreuses. Un second avis suivra après le festin de Noël.

J'adore le côté boutique. Potage crécy excellent, côtes levées excellentes, compote de pommes la meilleure, beurre de pomme très bon, le seul bémol sur ma commande jusqu'à maintenant c'est les cannellonis au ricotta & épinards. J'adore les cannellonis aux épinards habituellement, mais ceux-là il faut vraiment tripper épinards, car on ne goûte rien d'autre malheureusement.

I went there with my friend to get their ice cream because i thought it was best ice cream i've had. Drove all the way there from Montreal just to get followed by an older staff lady while I was looking for the tub of ice cream. Unbelievable.

Très bon endroit pour manger un excellent méchoui en automne & un repas de Noël dans le temps des Fêtes. Beaucoup de groupes, faut préférablement réserver.
