A wonderful meal from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm & the menu is very impressive. I particularly enjoyed the balance of flavors in each course. The staff were great at ensuring we had everything we needed. A really special dining spot that hits all the marks.
My family has been here many times before & suggested we come for Mother's Day brunch, & I'm very glad we did.
Special mention to Alexa, who handled our table very well. We were a large group with several coffee & mimosa orders, yet everything was brought out quickly & smoothly. She was always checking in & never once made us feel overlooked.
Everyone left extremely happy with both the service & the food, & before leaving I made sure to personally thank her because her service truly stood out. We will definitely be returning.
Hier soir, lors d'une soirée bachelorette organisée pour une très bonne amie au Brama entre 20h00 & 22h30, j'ai malheureusement vécu une expérience extrêmement décevante avec l'une des serveuses du restaurant. Nous étions un groupe d'environ 15 personnes venu célébrer une occasion très spéciale dans une ambiance festive & agréable.
Au début de la soirée, le service se déroulait bien & la serveuse était correcte avec nous. Cependant, plus la soirée avançait, plus son attitude a changé. Elle est devenue froide, impatiente & peu professionnelle. Nous avions souvent l'impression de déranger lorsque nous posions des questions ou demandions quelque chose, ce qui a créé un malaise dans notre groupe.
Le moment le plus dérangeant est arrivé lors du paiement. Alors que les autres invités de notre groupe avaient laissé un pourboire de 15 % sans problème, la serveuse m'a personnellement exigé un pourboire de 18 % en soutenant que celui-ci était'obligatoire'. La façon dont cela a été fait m'a vraiment mise mal à l'aise. Lorsque j'ai voulu vérifier le montant sur la machine Interac, elle a brusquement repris la machine de mes mains, ce que j'ai trouvé très déplacé, irrespectueux & complètement inacceptable.
De plus, lorsque j'ai tenté de lui adresser calmement la situation afin de mieux comprendre pourquoi ce pourboire était imposé, elle m'a répondu en me désignant par'girl', sur un ton que j'ai trouvé condescendant & irrespectueux. Comme cliente, je trouve cela inacceptable d'être adressée de cette façon, surtout dans un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme.
Je comprends très bien l'importance du pourboire dans le domaine de la restauration & je respecte énormément les employés du service. Cependant, un pourboire ne devrait jamais être imposé de façon agressive ni faire sentir un client obligé ou intimidé au moment de payer. La manière dont la situation a été gérée manquait clairement de professionnalisme & de respect.
Ce qui rend cette expérience encore plus dommage, c'est que ce n'était pas ma première visite au Brama. J'y suis déjà allée plusieurs fois auparavant & j'avais toujours eu de belles expériences, autant au niveau du service que de l'ambiance. C'est d'ailleurs pour cette raison que nous avions choisi ce restaurant pour célébrer un moment aussi important pour notre amie. Jusqu'à hier soir, je n'avais jamais reçu un service aussi désagréable dans votre établissement.
Je trouve cela vraiment triste qu'une seule expérience & l'attitude d'une employée puissent laisser une aussi mauvaise impression d'une soirée qui devait être mémorable pour de bonnes raisons. J'espère sincèrement que cette situation sera prise au sérieux par la direction afin que d'autres clients n'aient pas à vivre le même malaise & le même manque de respect.
La nourriture étais excellente comme toujours, par contre le service à la clientele recû hier ne l'étais pas du tout.
Brama exceeded every expectation. The restaurant has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their team is incredibly kind & attentive & made us feel genuinely welcomed. Meeting Chef John was a highlight!
The food was exceptional. The lamb, the Mac Alla Gigi, & the carrot cake were all standouts. Each dish was clearly made with care & intention.
A truly memorable meal. Im already looking forward to coming back!

Great experience, the food & service was excellent. The pizza was on point, the flavors & textures reminded me of authentic napolitan pizza. The octopus entre was delicious & so was the salad. The desserts were also a hit, the pistachio cheesecake & the tiramisu delicious! The waitress did a great job in accommodating our group never missed a beat. Hats off the chef who visited all the tables to introduce himself & make his rounds. The atmosphere was cozy & trendy. A 5 star well deserved, highly recommend & will return.

Wow!!! Absolutely amazing experience. It's not often that you will go somewhere & think of the meal you had days later. Owner John, absulute sweet heart, not to mention our waitress Courtney. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. From appetizers to salads & main meal it just got better & better. & their pistacio cheesecake 😋 😍. They don't serve food here, they sell you a dining experience. Congratulations ! Definitely going back.

It wasn't an exaggeration: absolutely delicious! The warmth & hospitality of the staff really made it complete.
I'll start by saying we have dined at & ordered from Brama on several occasions & have always had the cavatelli pasta. It's delicious. The reason I love this dish is because of the braised beef, which used to be a decent amount every time I ordered the dish. But lately I've been noticing the beef shrink in quantity, until today our two orders actually only had a few shredded beef threads incorporated into the sauce. Maybe 1/10th the amount you used to put. I'm sorry, but for $29 & clearly stating braised beef cheeks on the list of ingredients, that's a joke, disappointing. This place is too good to let people down. Do better!
