Visited Brama on a sunny Wednesday evening

The food was impeccable. Everything was rich, deeply flavorful & decadent. It was all fantastic. The veal polpette were so tender & juicy, they melt into the sauce. The calamari fritti were perfectly cooked & crispy without feeling heavy or greasy. The arancini were rich with mushrooms & creamy with a gooey cheesy center.
As for the pasta, the gnocchi were truly, as described by our waitress Courtney, soft like a cloud. The cavatelli al guanciale was very indulgent with the melted braised beef cheek & the fior di latte.
It is impossible to name a highlight of the meal because everything was just that good.

The service was excellent. Courtney was amazing, extremely polite & accommodating. It was impressive to see how well she handled a big birthday group without breaking a sweat. A true professional at her craft.

All in all, we were in love with our experience at Brama. We enjoyed every moment of it & are excited to come back. After all, we still have more pasta, & all the pizzas & salads to try.

This was a nice place, very calm & clean & great staff as well.

I loved the pasta, however the Pizza could be slightly better. Very unsalted, & the dough could be more fluffy! But in total very good quality & great taste.
