I was transported to this new & exciting place, with a welcoming staff, nice decor, & enticing new flavors. The person who served me explained the flavors & made me tastes many different ones. Each one more interesting. This is truly an experience as this is not ice cream as I knew it. It is creamy, & slightly chewy, not as sweet or heavy as typical ice cream ahh but the flavors are on steroids. The best tasting Chocolate ice cream I have every had, the pistachio was also delicious. All of the fruit flavors were amazing. This place is truly a gem. You have got to experience this for yourself. I have already sent many friends to try this place.Voir plus

I had the kunafeh, gum ice cream, rose ice cream, & pistachio ice cream at Bouza. If I were to rank them, the gum ice cream would come first, followed by the rose ice cream, then the pistachio ice cream, with the kunafeh unfortunately ranking last.Voir plus

Never had this Lebanese ice cream before & it was certainly interesting & delicious. It is made with milk, cream, sugar, & mastic flour which is a powder made from the orchid plant. This ice cream has a unique & interesting chewy texture & is much less sweet than the ice cream I am used to. I am glad I tried it!Voir plus
