"Never had this Lebanese ice cream before and it was certainly interesting and delicious. It is made with milk, cream, sugar, and mastic flour which is a powder made from the orchid plant. This ice cream has a unique and interesting chewy texture and is much less sweet than the ice cream I am used to. I am glad I tried it!"
