Les avis sur Boustan s'accordent sur une expérience globale tres positive: un service chaleureux et un accueil agreable, des plats savoureux et des portions généreuses, le shawarma et le pita cuit au four etant particulièrement appreciés et la nourriture restant bien chaude. La livraison est souvent rapide et bien emballee, et le restaurant est percu comme pratique pour les repas familiaux et ouvert tard pour des commandes nocturnes; le stationnement peut cependant etre difficile selon les lieux. Des incidents avec Uber Eats montrent que des articles peuvent manquer et generer des frais supplementaires lors des remplacements, mais le personnel est generalement reactif et tente des gestes commerciaux lorsque cela est possible. Dans l'ensemble, Boustan est souvent considere comme l'un des meilleurs de la region et les clients reviennent pour la constance de la qualite et le service attentionne.
Very good food for a great price, service was quick & excellent, a wonderful experience. The beef shawarma was delicious but a little dry, but the chicken shawarma was absolutely excellent

I used to love Boustan since it provided both delicious food & good quantity for your money. Unfortunately, this has gone the way of everything else; prices are now 25% higher than they used to be & the pita is half the size (seriously... they're tiny now & they don't even taste fresh). It's one thing to raise prices to the point that it's not worth going, but pita is just bread... it's not so expensive that you need to cut down on quantity. Probably the last time I buy Boustan, sadly.
I don't order often & I'm usually satisfied with this restaurant. But today I ordered a chicken shawarma plate. Once I got home, there was half the amount of chicken, practically scraps. I didn't pay 20$ for rice, potatoes & some chicken scraps, so I went back. & was told this was the regular amount. Asked for a refund, & apparently they don't do refunds... Interesting... Two more people came in at this moment. & I think the worker just gave in & added more chicken, to avoid a scene. If that's the new norm, I don't think I will be going back. Just check your orders before you leave.
Picked up a late dinner. Chicken shwarma pita & potatoes. The chicken was pretty dry- probably because it was very late. The sauce was glorious. If I had asked for a touch more sauce it would have been much better. The potatoes were another matter. I liked the seasoning, & of course the awesome sauce, but not the potatoes themselves. I dislike that heavy, greasy, oily taste in fried potatoes here. Like the pita, they were saved by the sauce! For my first experience with shwarma it wasn't bad. I will definitely go there again, next time I will know better what to ask for!

I always swear to never come back then I forget this is common here.
