The place is dirty food quality is low & so old vegetables are not good customer service is worst i dont know how they are still in business probably because they are 24/7
You can get very very better experience at shawarmaz or the mount Istanbul or the boustan snowdown

was really disappointed with my recent visit to Boustan. The food did not taste fresh, & the portions were much smaller than expected for the price. The chicken was dry, & the potatoes were overly salty.

The service was also frustrating - staff seemed rushed & not very attentive, & the restaurant didn't look very clean during peak hours.

For the price they charge, I expected better quality & better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, & I wouldn't rush back.

So disappointed & upset to see what Boustan has turned into. I've been a loyal customer who's been coming to this location for 10+ years & the quality & experience has absolutely fallen off a cliff. Just placed an order for takeout & none of my request in the notes were considered, I was given the wrong drink & the quality of the food is extremely low. This place is so inconsistent, there's always something wrong. I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews but I've had enough of the inconsistency & would not recommend this location unless you want to be disappointed.

Very happy with the staff, the quality of food was 10 star, fresh & clean & lots of portion for the price. Will recommend to anyone. I will keep going back time to time the service is a very good maybe this owner from Bangladeshi pepole this guys are very good & friendly long hair man is a very friendly i like it
