Ne croyez pas le'pseudo'-guide locaux. Cette place est a fuir.
Je ne sais pas qui s'occupe de la cuisine le soir mais vous etes malhonnêtes & vous mettez la santé des gens en danger.
J'ai pris un pita poulet & le poulet en question était cru , genre CRU CRU. A FUIRE

Absolutely loved my experience at Restaurant Boustan! The food was delicious, fresh, & full of flavor. The service was excellent, & everyone was friendly, welcoming, & attentive. The atmosphere was also very pleasant & comfortable.

Everything was well prepared & served with care. I highly recommend Restaurant Boustan to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, & a wonderful dining experience. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

Straight up lied to our faces. Didn't honor the promotion of buy 1 get 1 free while wearing a soccer jersey. Started making up stuff to not give us our food. Will never be coming back here & told my friends & family to stay away from this branch.

'Don't bother with their BOGO promotion. We showed up on July 16th in our soccer jerseys, but they refused to give us the deal. First they said it was online-only, then they claimed you had to wear a specific Boustan jersey that only employees actually own. Honestly, it just seemed like they didn't want to serve a group of eight people & lose money.'

WORST BOUSTAN EVER. Never go there!! Rude & penny pinching cheapskates. They literally refused to honour an advertised two for one deal even though it literally showed on their tv behind them. I was a really frequent customer to this Boustan but after this they have lost me as a customer from this store as well as every boustan. When I tried to explain that my friend owns a boustan & their excuse for refusing to honour the deal is absolutely baseless, they started laughing in my face in another language. I am also contacting at the Boustan headquarters for these things as behaviours like this whats really affecting their entire brand image. I will also be telling this to all my friends & family & hopefully they also STOP going to this boustan & every Boustan ever & I will encourage everyone to do the same as this place needs to learn.

I usually do not give one stars but this time I have to. Today me & my friends went in there to get a Tv advertisement deal that says buy one get one free for the world cup if we wear a soccer jersey. As soon as we walked in they made an excuse about how it says we need to buy Boustan soccer jerseys & told us they cannot serve us, but behind them in the store they were literally advertising the same deal & it did not say anything about having to buy their own Jersey. This is absolutely ridiculous that they needed to refuse service for a 8 person group of student teenagers that simply came in to have lunch together. We even tried to explain how it says nothing about a Boustan jersey online & actually told us to call their corporate headquarters to buy one jersey for a one day special. Absolutely hilarious. Even worse is that we asked who set the policy & they said their to which when I said if we can talk to them they literally told us the restaurant owner has no number. How is this business even running?

They straight up refused us service for an advertised world cup special that says we get buy one get one free if we wear a football jersey. It literally said it on the tv & they straight up told us to get a Boustan jersey like as if it existed. Then told us the Boustan headquarters personally called them to tell us that we need to buy Jerseys. What a joke. Never going again.
