Excellent experience at Boustan NDG! The food was fresh, delicious, & served quickly. The chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned, the portions were generous, & everything tasted authentic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, & provided great customer service. The restaurant was clean & well-maintained, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone craving tasty Lebanese food in Montreal. I'll definitely be coming back!
How I miss the good old days of Boustan from 2016 up to the new ownership. Food was always delicious; the service always efficient & super courteous. Since then it's been so inconsistent & yet I kept giving another chance, but I'm finally done with that place. I can cope with a coleslaw pita with chicken instead of the opposite ratio as it used to be, but man I just can't do business with rude & arrogant staff. Never again, goodbye & good luck.
was really disappointed with my recent visit to Boustan. The food did not taste fresh, & the portions were much smaller than expected for the price. The chicken was dry, & the potatoes were overly salty.
The service was also frustrating - staff seemed rushed & not very attentive, & the restaurant didn't look very clean during peak hours.
For the price they charge, I expected better quality & better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations, & I wouldn't rush back.
I ordered two junior plates last night & I could have fit both into one container, I've been ordering from you guys for well over a year pretty much the same thing every time, & you just got real stingy with quantity of everything, rice potatoes, chicken, beef. You can't ask people to pay what they pay & then jip them on quantity. I'm giving you a two star, I'll check back in a couple of weeks to see if it was a one-off.
This place is amazing. The guys always make me the perfect sandwich. After a long day of work, I'm exited for my boustan chicken shawarma sandwich. Highly recommended
I will leave a good star review because the food does taste good but man are they cheap with their portions. I ordered a chicken bowl with potatoes I love potatoes & for me to tell the guy take some potatoes out you can imagine how stuffed that bowl would have been of potatoes. I don't know where they'd put the chicken. Thdn the "cook" who looked more likeca grumpy Oscar from Sesame Street, doesn't cut from the skewer but takes chicken that's been already cut sitting on the stove plate. I can't stand that, that is the worst way to serve it. I get my plate I sit in my car.. I'm looking for the chicken..!!! So basically, paid close to $18.00 for maybe 3 oz of chicken with six pounds of potatos & a 7up. I'll stick to my Greek restaurant thank you.
