Malgré les nombreuses plaintes que j'ai pu entendre ou lire au sujet de ce Boustan, je dois dire que mon expérience côté cuisine a été globalement positive. Il est vrai que certains aspects, comme le service ou la gestion des commandes, semblent parfois poser problème selon certains clients. Toutefois, si on se concentre uniquement sur la nourriture, je trouve que Boustan livre la marchandise.

Les plats sont savoureux, bien assaisonnés & généreux en portions. Le shawarma est tendre, bien mariné, & les accompagnements comme le riz, les patates épicées & les sauces maison ajoutent beaucoup de goût à l'ensemble. J'ai aussi essayé leur pita au poulet, & je l'ai trouvé vraiment bon : bien garni, chaud, & préparé avec soin.

Oui, il peut y avoir des retards ou des erreurs dans les commandes, mais pour ce qui est de la cuisine en elle-même, Boustan reste une valeur sûre pour ceux qui aiment la nourriture libanaise rapide & bien préparée.

En résumé, même si certains aspects du service pourraient être améliorés, la qualité des plats reste au rendez-vous. Je recommande ce restaurant à ceux qui veulent simplement bien manger, malgré les critiques.

This place is amazing. The guys always make me the perfect sandwich. After a long day of work, I'm exited for my boustan chicken shawarma sandwich. Highly recommended

Had it for the first time & tried the junior shawarma bowls. I love that they have vegetarian/vegan options & that it tastes delicious. The lady working here was very kind & followed all instruction. Recommend 10/10!

I have been going to the downtown location for years, & was pleased to hear one opened in NDG. I can honestly say it's even better than downtown. Crispy pita shawarma & well seasoned fries. Awesome place!
