My experience at Boustan was so good - the food was incredibly yummy, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were bold & authentic, especially the garlic sauce (a must-try!).
The staff were very friendly & the service was super fast, making the whole experience even better. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, this place never disappoints.

Boustan is hands down one of the best spots for shawarma! The meat is tender, well-seasoned, & cooked to perfection, while the toppings & sauces add the perfect balance of flavor. Every bite is fresh & delicious.

I had an amazing experience at Boustan! The shawarma is absolutely delicious-flavorful, juicy, & perfectly seasoned. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite, & the portions are generous.

I used to go there & it was quiet ok , but now it's totally a different level . The new owner & the new administration are beyond the expectations . Quality has drastically improved, the tase & experience are unparalleled. I'd absolutely recommend for everyone, you won't regret it . Simply A class 👍
Fast-casual dining experience with authentic Mediterranean cuisine! Seems branch to branch quality changes. Food was relatively good, but I expected more.
This location was recommended to me by friends so we decided to give it a go before going back home in Ontario on aug 16th. My main issue is the guy standing there with a serious attitude problem. He was bragging that it's the best out of franchises in quality , taste , portions...etc but I found portions normal compared to other restaurants. Also he wasn't patient & was rushing me through the orders as I was choosing my toppings so he had to redo a sandwich for me as he put hummus fast although I didn't need it. When I said take it easy man , he's like you see I have a lot of orders coming in & have to keep up. Also when we came back me & my son to choose drinks & were looking at the drinks fridge from outside near the counter, he came looking at us as if we're stealing & he told us to come to the cashier to order what we wanted. I was like chill man we're just looking at what options you have in your hidden fridge. Not happy with the encounter although the food was decent but will not buy from this place again as long as this guy is there. Even the girl standing with him was like not happy with what's happening. He could learn a thing or two about customer service.
Great spot, but the quality of food has been slipping at the St Jean Blvd location since ownership changed.
In the Montreal & tasting the various cuisines, it became clear to me that the restaurant boustan It is one of the best & most elegant restaurants in terms of The cleanliness, organization, good taste, quality of food, & speed of presentation really deserves 5 stars
