Une vraie pépite. Baguette exceptionnelle, ciabatta aux olives complètement addictive & un des meilleurs strudels aux pommes que j'ai mangés à Montréal. Ambiance simple, produits ultra frais, service chaleureux. Petit conseil : allez-y tôt, sinon plusieurs choses sont déjà sold out avant midi.
Un vrai plaisir d'entrer dans cette boulangerie a chaque fois. La première chose qui vous frappe en entrant dans cette boulangerie c'est l'odeur. Ça sent tellement bon. Ensuite c'est le personnel qui est ultra accueillant. Les produits sont vraiment bon & frais

This bakery will be my favorite place to go from now on! GREAT quality, fair price, welcoming staff, interesting variety. Unfortunately I was so excited & finished everything before taking pictures 😁, absolutely delicious. I highly recommend to visit this bakery if you LOVE bread. We got almond croissant & goat cheese fuccacia. Very fresh.

Honestly the best I've ever had, we love picking up a sourdough loaf & almond croissants. The filling is nutty, sweet, & has the perfect texture/mouthfeel to pair with the butter croissant, & a generous portion. It's rare to find one that really hits the almond flavour.
Also tried their ciabata for the first time & it was very light & soft. It converted someone who normally doesn't like this style!
We are lucky to have this bakery in our area, the quality here is outstanding. I would recommend Darling as our #1 bakery to anyone close to St.Annes.
First time visit to this cozy little bakery today & it was a wonderful experience. Good selection of baked goods & breads, the service was top notch & the quality A1. For sure the apple strudel is the best I have tried in Montreal , generous serving with delicious filling but most importantly crispy flaky pastry. Two breads I tried white country & walnut also excellent nice & crusty & crispy with soft interiors. Will gladly return for more baked deliciousness.
The best bakery in the West Island with very friendly & efficient service. Unfortunately you cannot spend too much time there because it is usually crowded

Qu'elle bonne boulangerie! Le pain est moelleux & frais. J'ai pu commander une miche sans gluten, je n'ai jamais goûté un pain aussi bon que celui là. Cette boulangerie mérite à se faire connaître pour tout leurs produits (pain levain, fermentation lente, croissant, miche etc) & leur accueil chaleureux. Merci!

Tout est délicieux, les roulé cannelle sont mes préférés, le gugluph est un délice à découvrir. Il y a plusieurs pains de qualité. Le personnel très sympathique & agréable. La boulangerie Darling est une pépite dans la région. À découvrir !
Accueil chaleureux, large choix ( pour un petite boulangerie artisanale) tout est fait sur place ; un délice pour les yeux mais surtout pour les papilles. On n'habite pas dans le coin mais, c'est sûr, on y retourne chaque semaine. ( on essaye du moins).

This artisan bakery is a great fit for the Ste-Anne -de -Bellevue. I'm really happy I found this hidden gem. The apple strudel was so good, & the croissant was delicious too.
