We came here for lunch. This franchise is usually very good but we were quite disappointed. Service was terrible. Our server was unfriendly & never smiled. The broth for my beef pho was tasteless. You can tell just looking at it. Clear water. & the iced coffee was way too sweet. Even after adding water, it was still too sweet. Maybe we came on a bad day, but I was really not impressed.

Mauvais service.. aucun remplissage d'eau il n'est jamais venu nous demander si tout étais ok quand nous étions seul dans le restaurant & incapable avoir un service en français, coté nourriture correct mais pas beaucoup de goût (manque d'assaisonnement) dernière fois pour nous

Food was ok but service was non existent. We arrived around 7 on a Friday night (end of August). Restaurant was empty. Server did not greet us & it almost looked like we were bothering him. He was on his tablet watching something, I had to ask him to come get our orders. Didnt even looked at us at the end when we had to pay, he just handed my husband the machine. No thank you or nothing, so weird!!!

J'ai fait une commande avec UBER
Commande une soupe poulet & légume & le spécial 2 pour 1 soupe boeuf cuit.
Premièrement aucun légume avec la soupe poulet & deuxièmement à la place du boeuf c'était du porc.
Troisièmement aucune saveur & pour le poulet & il était trop cuit.
Vraiment mais vraiment déçu de ce restaurant.
Jamais plus je commanderai à ce restaurant.
