J'y ai été mercredi, dans cette petite boulangerie européenne. Très bel accueil de la proprio, super sympa. J'ai commandé un bisou au chocolat, ça a été un régal. J'aurais aimé en déguster un qui sortait tout juste du four, je suis sûre que ça devait être encore meilleur.

Okay, I have to say something. I'm not sure if it's normal to love food as much as I love the bread & pastries from Boulangerie Darling but here's my opinion. I keep going back for the slow rise Campagne boule. It's the best bread I've ever eaten, even after being frozen & defrosted. It has a nice crust & is excellent toasted. It's perfect, even with just a little bit of European butter. I can't even find the right words to describe how good this bread is & it doesn't hurt my stomach! I should add, that if you're worried they'll sell out before you get there, you can call & they're kind enough to put a Campagne Boule aside for you.

Now, the chocolate chip cookie. Not only was it a very generous size but I loved the little hit of salt interspersed with the huge chocolate chunks. I have to speak of it in the past because it was so good, I started eating it when I got back to the car & it didn't even last the whole drive home.

Now, the best for last - the Kouign-Amann! I was so happy to find this at Boulangerie Darling! I've gotten the Kouign-Amann twice now & can only describe the experience of eating it as'euphoric'. I know how hard this pastry is to make & truly appreciate the bakers for creating this incredibly delicious pastry.

Such a cute place! The lady there is super sweet & takes her time with the customers, even if there was a lineup I didn't feel rushed ! Also she has some desserts that don't contain gluten so that was nice!

We were nicely greeted by a bilingual employee. Bread was so yummy. Kouing amann was perfect. Both crunched & melted in my mouth. Only problem was I only took one.

En tant que clients fidèles de la Boulangerie Jolie à Vaudreuil, actuellement fermée temporairement, nous sommes venus soutenir ces artisans exceptionnels dans leur deuxième boutique de Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

Comme à Vaudreuil, l'accueil est chaleureux, le choix de pains fabriqués sur place est impressionnant & leur goût est tout simplement incomparable.

Si vous souhaitez goûter une viennoiserie qui goûte le paradis, laissez-vous tenter par leur kouign-amann (spécialité bretonne), c'est une véritable merveille, parfaitement équilibré, pas trop sucré, avec un goût de beurre absolument incroyable.

Nous sommes heureux de soutenir ces artisans passionnés qui donnent corps & âme pour transmettre leur amour du bon pain & des bonnes choses ici au quebec. Une adresse incontournable que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation & de quoi se sucrer le bec après une agréable balade au bord de l'eau. Christopher & romain.

One of the best bakeries on the île. Every type of bread I've tried has been 10/10. Also amazing foccacia, I wish they would change up their flavours every once in a while
