Simply the best baguettes you can find in Brossard. Crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. The bulle d'ange are a must & the pastries are delicious.
The only downside of this place is the service & the queuing system. You are supposed to take a number to get served but no one follows this system including staff members. The numbers could be more prominent & the staff should really ask people to take a number. Consequently people just gather left & right & as a customer you need to make sure you are not forgotten.
That would be ok if there were service. The staff seems always busier moving things around on display than actually serving customers. I went on Monday & had to watch someone'number' a bunch pf sandwiches before even looking at us clients waiting. It's extremely frustrating!
Premiere moisson in dix30 has someone handing you a number at the entrance & the staff is there to assist us not just move sandwiches around.
Very nice & calm place to work while enjoying all kinds of pastries, bread & other items
Ils ont vendus 9 baguettes complètement cramés à ma fille le 25 mars 26. Une honte !
Une boulangerie qui ouvre à 8h, pourquoi. La plupart des gens sont déjà au travail à 8h, & tout le monde a pris son petit déjeuner.
We bought poké & a croque poulet & it was very very bad. The bread was old & dry & Poké was just really not good. But the tartelette pear was nice. So maybe try not to sell old sandwiches cause they are not tasty & they cost a fortune

La dernière fois que j'ai été manger chez Ange, j'ai fait un intoxication alimentaire. Je leur ai écrit pour leur parler de la situation & je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. C'est pourquoi je laisse ce commentaire. S'il m'avait répondu, je n'aurais pas laissé de commentaire ici.
As someone who worked in the food industry, I completely understand that employees want to start cleaning before closing time. I truly respect that & I know how important it is to finish closing tasks on time.
However, during my visit today I witnessed something concerning from a food safety perspective. About one hour before closing, an employee started cleaning the display shelves & the refrigerated pastry case while food was still inside. They moved one tray but left the others in place & were cleaning the surface with soap & a cloth, splashing soapy water very close to the pastries that were still being sold.
Even if the store is close to closing, cleaning chemicals should never be used near exposed food. The risk of cross-contamination is significant & could potentially make someone sick.
Again, I completely understand the need to clean before closing, but basic food safety practices require that food be removed or properly protected before cleaning with chemicals.
I hope management reviews this with the team because food safety standards are extremely important.
J'adore venir chez Ange, le service est agréable & sympathique & surtout les pains sont excellents, les viennoiseries délicieuses & les pâtisseries sont un pêché!
Their baguette is my favourite in town, since I don't like pencil-thin hard crust or undercooked dough. We throroughly enjoyed their white loaf too. Really good quality without being fussy.
Service horrible surtout par une certaine serveuse Emy qui range des gateaux devant le client sans s en soucier alors que j'attends pour un café depuis 10mn😡il faut que demande à être servi q une autre employé lui demande. Elle rempli la tasse à moitié & me dit sèchement quel café je veux!!!! Elle ne comprend pas le français & se moque du client!! Elle reçoit alors un appel & s'en va sans rien dire noter une commande me laissant la comme si je n'existais pas !! En colère je demande à voir la gérante mais n'est pas là ! Quelle impolitesse & incompétence cette Emy!! Je repasserais ds la semaine voir la gérante car ce comportement sélectif & inacceptable de la part d'une employée qui a l'âge de ma fille!! Aucun respect pour les personnes plus âgés! Ce n'est pas la première fois que le service laisse à désirer….A éviter!!!!!

Aucuns soucis pour le client, zéro attentionné & désorganisé malgré qu'ils ont les outils (chiffrier pour servir prochain client) qui est inutilisé (!)
Une belle perte d'au moins 70$ ce soir en plus de me perdre comme cliente …
