Review Summary

Reviewers describe Boulangerie Ange as a cozy, unpretentious bakery with a wide selection of breads, croissants, pastries and desserts, and many praise the quality of the products and the clean, comfortable space that includes a terrace for a quick bite. However, experiences with service and hours vary, with repeated complaints about online hours not being up to date, changing opening times, slow or disorganized service, and occasional misorders. The atmosphere is generally seen as pleasant and family friendly, making it a good spot to pick up a dessert to go or to sit for a bite, and the pastries like tartelettes and lemon desserts are often singled out as standout items. On the other hand, some reviews mention issues such as flies or dust in display areas, inconsistent coffee quality, and pricing that can feel high for portions or that includes extras like paid takeout boxes. Overall, Boulangerie Ange seems to deliver quality products and a welcoming ambiance, with many customers returning for bread and pastries while acknowledging room for improvement in customer service, communication, and cafe coffee.

We bought poké & a croque poulet & it was very very bad. The bread was old & dry & Poké was just really not good. But the tartelette pear was nice. So maybe try not to sell old sandwiches cause they are not tasty & they cost a fortune
Thanks

Quiches & pizzas are very good. Breads are good. Service leaves to be desired at every visit. In addition, this place closes at 5pm???

Love the bread & everything coming from here. Taste like France :) (Try the pudding !!!) Service is somehow slow sometimes, but it's mostly because it is very busy & both take out / dine in. Some customers takes more time to be served, that's all. Best big bakery on the south shore IMO.
