Est-ce que la recette de baguette a été modifiée récemment? Nous adorons tous vos produits habituellement, mais les baguettes que nous avons cueillies le 23 décembre étaient vraiment décevantes. SVP revenez comme avant!!!
Dimanche 16h00, 2 heures avant l'heure annoncée de fermeture, & le comptoir est pratiquement vide. Reste 1 baguette presque calcinée, 1 miche de pain carré & quelques viennoiseries & desserts. Très décevant, déplacement inutile.

Aujourd'hui je change un peu d'avis & enlève une étole. Nous venons de nous installer pour un chocolat chaud/chocolatine. 3$ plus taxes pour un chocolat servi dans une tasse pour expresso, vous dire comme la taille "petite" est petite. Du vol. Un goût plus que passable & tout juste tiède. La chocolatine était un peu molle & manquait de croustillant comme elles le sont généralement. Le rapport qualité prix de mon précédent commentaire, ci-dessous, vient de sauter. Une étoile de moins. Je ne sais pas si c'est ma vision qui faiblit, mais je trouve les baguettes vraiment petites, avec un prix en hausse bien sûr.
je suis à la limtie de changer de boulangerie.

C'est une question de goûts mais j'adore leurs croissants & chocolatines. Bonnes tropéziennes & tartes en générale. Super tarte Mendiant. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles à cause des pizzas pas assez garnies je trouve. Sinon le rapport qualité prix est très bon

The sandwiches & prepared meals are below average & tasteless altogether.
Stick to the sweet & the baked, order-to-go stuff. Pay, get your bag, & get out of there.
I've had the breakfast sandwich (with the egg inside) & the parisian baguette. The egg sandwich had only the taste of the lettuce. The baguette contained honey-ham & emmental slices that were so thin that you could almost see through. Tasteless.
The coffee was lukewarm at best, & the attendant took so long to prepare it that my sandwiches went cold.
The place is so big it takes forever for the attendants to finish an order.
The worst part was the service. When I asked why it was taking so long, the girl said with an attitude that there was too much work & that it wasn't her fault. I wasn't blaming her, but her attitude was very defensive.
I told her to at least give me the sandwiches before they went cold, & the other girl responded defiantly, asking if I was trying to skip the line.
I tried to make things up by jokingly saying that maybe the place was too big, & that's why it took more time to get things done. She responded, again, defensively, saying that it was not her fault, as if saying, "I don't care."
At that point, I had had enough. I told her to please call the manager. Turns out there was no manager, but another lady came out & tried to justify the whole thing by saying they were short on staff (no apology at all). I told her that I could understand, but that this doesn't explain the bad attitude of the servers.
My recommendation: order simple stuff, nothing that requires extra work, like heating up stuff or preparing (coffee). Get your baked goods & get out.

We fell in love with this bakery after two visits. It always has fresh croissants, chocolatines, baguettes, & many other yummy baked goods. They also sell
great sandwiches & serve amazing coffee. The place is always clean, smells really good, & has plenty of seating. Make sure to try their walnut bread - it is fantastic!
