Une ambiance calme & feutrée dans un restaurant en plein milieu de la ville. Nous avons adoré l'intimité du lieu, le service incroyable & les plats délicieux.

Toujours aussi parfait! Nous avons été à midi, facture de 250$ avec 2 ajouts au menu (changement des plats), 2 verres de vin, taxes & tip. Le tout était délicieux, super service!
Sans remettre en question la qualité de cet établissement, il importe d'aviser les personnes qui seraient attirées par l'appellation de bouillon qu'on est très loin de l'esprit de ceux de Paris qui misent sur une carte variée à un prix raisonnable inspirée de la cuisine traditionnelle française. Je crois qu'il est important de clarifier la notion de ce qu'est un bouillon déjà qu'il commence à y en avoir de plus en plus dans le paysage de la restauration de Montréal.

Must visit!! I did the 8 course tasting menu with the discovery wine pairings, which are all Canadian wines. The food was delicious, unique, & stunning. Each aspect was carefully thought out & not a detail overlooked. The staff was efficient, friendly, & perceptive. If you choose the tasting menu as well, be prepared to commit 2+ hours to fully enjoy the experience & don't drive. There's also a coat check, which alleviates the burden of the warming layers. I can't speak highly enough of this restaurant.
I really wanted to love it but I just did not. Nothing was bad it was just extremely underwhelming for the hype & price. Service was nice & accommodating & the food was nice but just nothing special. Potentially issue was in ordering the tasting menu as the a la carte looked great from afar. I rarely leave negative reviews but this was just not the one
My wife & I had a lovely visit this evening. The food was exquisite, the cocktails were delicious, & the wine was perfect. It was clear that the staff enjoys working there, which made the experience all the more enjoyable!
Overpriced, feels like a Michelin Restaurant, but the food is not there. Too many ingredients in some dishes, good presentation but poor substance. The area is not safe.

L'entrée de foie gras était un peu trop salé , belle présentation par contre la présence de bacon comme bouillon est à revoir je crois.
Le plat de pétoncles est succulent
Les pâtes étaient délicieuses

La carte des vins est généreuse pour le modèle Français, c'est super mais les prix sont élevés quand même…

Dans notre top 3 des meilleurs menus haute gastronomie de Montréal. La finesse des plats est sans commune mesure. Les textures & les associations de saveurs sont aussi super travaillées & épatantes. L'ambiance est moins chaleureuse que je m'attendais. Le décor fait hôtel de luxe mais un peu froid. Service en douceur & charmant.
