Le meilleur restaurant de ce séjour à Montréal. Cuissons impeccables. Service super-efficace. Très belle carte des vins, raisonnablement tarifée pour Montréal.
[Retour en 2025 pour deux déjeuners: Déjeuner sur le pouce au bar. Verre de cidre de glace du clos Saragnat. Cuisine en finesse, impeccable.Pain perdu au caramel, très bon.
Retour le lendemain. Le menu n'a pas changé d'un iota. Les pâtes aux crevettes & aux truffes (curieux mélange) sont en réalité à l'huile de truffes (synthétique), produit dont j'ai horreur. Je laisse l'assiette presque intacte.Pinot noir de l'Ontario, tout à fait décent. ]

Started with the Umami Tsunami, clever name, nice East Asian inspired martini in a unique long stem glass.
Bread was cold, not even room temperature, more fresh out of the fridge. It was good quality though.
I had the veal tartare with sea urchin to start. It was tasty with the little cracker on top but pretty salty.
My friend had the sashimi with the shrimp crackers. I'm not a fan of grapefruit so I can't judge but my friend liked it.
I enjoyed my escargot ravioli, but still a little hard on the salt.
My friend was a little disappointed in his duck dish. Though the flavour was there, the Bao bun was charged & had no vegetables to balance it, the sausage was incredibly salty, the magret was a little tough.
We liked our server, she gave me a nice wine recommendation & explained a couple of things on the menu, but the menu was so basic that we didn't know what we were ordering because each description was just a list 4 ingredients & we shouldn't have to ask about each dish.
Mignardises were a nice & varied selection to finish.
Espresso Martini was simple & basic, nothing wrong just don't expect a signature twist or even a coffee bean accent.
Pretty place, unassuming from the outside. Not sure why they leave a portion of the curtain open so I can see the big neon fast food sign across the street.

Absolutely wonderful. Delicious food & wonderful, above & beyond service. Each course was expertly crafted & beautifully presented. The staff are exceptional & extremely accommodating, & truly make sure you have a perfect dining experience. Excellent!

Très satisfait de mon passage dans ce restaurant. Le menu offre beaucoup de choix & tout ce qu'on a commandé était excellent. Le service à la clientèle est impeccable & l'équipe est très sympathique. Ça donne envie de revenir essayer d'autres plats.

Souper d'anniversaire mémorable avec une magnifique présentation des plats. Nous n'avons pas opté pour le menu dégustation, mais plutôt pour une belle variété de plats à partager. L'attention aux détails est remarquable, la qualité des aliments est irréprochable & les saveurs sont parfaitement au rendez-vous.

Notre serveuse, Joanie, a été aux petits soins tout au long de la soirée & nous a offert d'excellentes recommandations, notamment pour le vin. L'option des verres de 2,5 oz est vraiment géniale : elle permet de découvrir & savourer plusieurs choix sans excès.

Seul petit bémol : j'aurais aimé avoir davantage de variété au niveau des desserts.

Le service de 5 couverts est délicieux & les portions sont parfaites pour ne pas avoir trop ou pas assez manger.
Les cocktails sont originaux & changent de ceux qu'on a l'habitude de goûter.
Le service est super réactif & adorable. Les explications de chaque plat sont bien faites.

Une expérience tout à fait exceptionnelle. Habituée des belles & bonnes tables du Québec, j'ai été absolument charmé. Service avenant, sans être trop, tous ont l'air heureux d'y travailler. Les assiettes à la carte: carottes, pieuvre, pétoncles, sashimi & raviolis, la perfection à tous les niveaux. Juste hâte d'y retourner ! Merci ☺?

Il y a longtemps que j'étais allé. On dirait que ce restaurant ne cesse de s'améliorer. Un peu cher mais la qualité a un prix.
