One of the great restaurants in Montreal. Second time. Worth the wine pairing with the tasting menu. Tuna tartare was out of this world
Great food experience during lunch (table d'hote). A lot of flavors & the waiters know what they are talking about. Would recommend to anyone.
Service was top notch from start to finish. We had the eight course tasting menu & found each dish to be amazing. The exception would be the burnt onion powder on the tartare cracker. It is still burnt powder, so it doesn't taste good at all. I think they should rethink this combination. I'm not sure what they were thinking of serving that, lol ? Our favorite was the octopus with the peanut humus sauce & mousse. The wine list was on point. I'm still giving 5 starts despite the burned powder, knowing they will take this comment in consideration. Cheers !
We tried the tasting menu. Every dish was excellent & had intricate taste dimensions. Highly recommend this restaurant & the friendly service
This is a must try.
Short ribs. 5/5 tender & just flavorful. Not too salty or sweet.
