Good food, but really nothing incredible considering price & size of portions (especially size of wine glass at 17$). Unfortunately, since the restaurant changed adress, it is now located in a tougher section of the redlight, & there are lots of homeless people outside…

I had the best date ever here. The vibe. The food. Obsessed. Ugh it was so amazing, from the appetizers, main courses & the desserts which all tied together perfectly😮?💨👌🏼🫶🏼
It's a very special experience with a chef that have tried the best combination of ingredients for an amazing dinner
The dessert: chocolate mushroom was amazing specially combined with poire liquor
The wine collection has tens of pages & we got a 2016 Margaux at very good price
We opted for the five-course tasting menu with a non-alcoholic pairing & added a couple of side dishes. At one point, the waiter forgot to bring the first drink pairing with a course, but he quickly stepped aside & asked the bartender to create an entirely new drink to accompany one of our sides. They were very transparent with us, explaining that it was something experimental & even reassuring us that if we didn't like it, they would make us another. I really appreciated that level of creativity & open communication. The food itself was excellent, & overall, it was a wonderful experience that was absolutely worth the price.
Food & service was amazing, group of five with multiple food restrictions. Everything was perfect. I think the restaurant lack a bit of personality otherwise everything is new & clean.

Ayant connu & apprécié à plusieurs reprises Bouillions Bilk lorsqu'il était sur le boulevard St Laurent, j'ai eu l'occasion d'y manger un midi en prenant la formule à 60$.
Rien à redire sur la qualité des plats & de la présentation, c'est une adresse incontournable à Montréal qu'il faut absolument essayer.
Pour ceux qui veulent s'y rendre, la porte du restaurant donne sur l'intersection Ste Catherine & St Dominique. En pleine journée je n'avais pas vu le restaurant.
We had the five course tasting menu with a non alcoholic pairing & added a couple of side courses. At one point the server forgot to bring the first pairing with the course but made up for it by asking the bartender to create a brand new drink to pair with one of our side dishes. They were very transparent about it being something new & even reassured us that if we did not like it they would prepare something else. Did the 8 course tasting menu & everything was phenomenal. The service was top notch & the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!

I order the tasting menu with 8 courses pairing with 5 glasses of Canadian wine( they called discovery ). During the 2.5 hours of dining I never get disappointed & bored but just enjoy the fun to explore the design of food.
The service stands out as one of the best in this trip.
An exceptional dining experience that far exceeded our expectations. Every plate was thoughtfully composed with meticulous attention to detail. The non-alcoholic beverage options are outstanding for those who prefer to abstain, & the wine pairings are perfectly curated to complement the meal.

The eight-course menu was absolutely delicious. Our regret was not starting with the wine pairing from the beginning. Halfway through, we realised the food was so good that it would have been a shame to have it without wine, so we added the pairing then. The wines themselves were not particularly outstanding tho. Additionally, there was a performance outside that was a bit too loud, which slightly disrupted the otherwise wonderful experience.
Un restaurant où il faut aller pour se délecter de belles créations. La salle à manger est bien décorée tout comme les assiettes qui sont présentées avec beaucoup de goût. Vous ne regretterez pas votre visite!
Para una cena especial en Montreal este es tu sitio. Te dejas la pasta pero agusto. Merece la pena el menú de 5 platos y 5 vinos si no eres un experto en vinos. Pruebas diferentes vinos de regiones cercanas y te quedas perfecto con la cantidad de comida. Atención genial, la comida riquísima y el sitio muy bonito.
I tried their 5 course menu so the review is based on this experience alone: the dessert was absolutely amazing, every flavor & different textures go great together & taste amazing alone. But the rest was just meh. To be fair the ingredients were good & the chef put thought into the dishes. However the taste was just not as impressive. Not my cup of tea. Except from the dessert. If I ever go back it's definitely because of the dessert. (Btw the restaurant is very low key & is a bit hard to find if you use google map. I suggest don't go further since there was a crazy person harassing every passersby in the crossing nearby.)
