Pour un souper d'affaires, nous avons pris le menu dégustation 5 services & tout a été très bons. Les plats en petites portions, mais suffisantes, étaient très bien présentés & surtout goûteux, cuits à la perfection & de très grande qualité. Une adresse à retenir!

Les saveurs des plats sont impeccablement équilibrées & mettent en valeur un savoir-faire évident en cuisine. Bien que le décor soit agréable, il pourrait gagner en chaleur & en caractère pour correspondre pleinement à la qualité des mets proposés.
Lors de notre visite, nous avons opté pour un plat principal & une entrée, & les deux étaient excellents. Le dessert, bien que créatif, manquait peut-être de simplicité, avec un peu trop d'éléments à l'assiette. Un lieu très prisé, il est recommandé de réserver à l'avance. En somme, Bouillon Bilk est une table à découvrir pour une expérience gastronomique de qualité, avec un léger potentiel d'amélioration pour atteindre l'excellence.
Took my wife here for her birthday. Service & atmosphere were both great. We were excited to try the tasting menu with wine pairing but honestly found it underwhelming. My wife's a foodie & a bit picky; I'm not, & I'll eat just about anything, we both felt about half the dishes were just'meh.' Beautiful presentation, but the flavors didn't always land.

Je ressors de ma troisième fois au bouillon Bilk. Décevant, j'ai trouvé l'expérience moins intéressante que les deux dernières fois : moins de fraîcheurs & plats un peu trop riches.
Plus de place pour un dessert après cette lourdeur. Trop de fritures, même dans le plat du pétoncle qui est si délicieux à l'habitude.
We recently had the pleasure of dining at a luxurious restaurant offering an eight-course tasting menu with wine pairings-& it was nothing short of extraordinary.
From start to finish, the service was impeccable: attentive, professional, & perfectly paced. Each dish was a revelation-thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, & bursting with creativity. The flavors were refined & surprising, with combinations that felt both daring & harmonious. It was clear that every plate was the result of meticulous work & culinary artistry.
Of course, such an experience comes at a high price. But for a special occasion, it was absolutely worth it. We left feeling delighted, inspired, & grateful for the experience. If you're looking to treat yourself or celebrate something meaningful, this is a place to remember.
Just phenomenal food & service. You can pick a la carte but far the more popular choice is 5 or 8 courses. We tried 5 courses menu & it was enough food. Everything was delicious. My favourite dish was beef tartare with pickle mushrooms - just phenomenal! Definitely will be back.
The service was five Star. What ever you ask they will do for you. I recommend it & the food is a five star Michelin. You must try restaurants in Montreal. I have eating in many restaurants but this in is one off the Best. You must bring your special one hear.

À mon humble avis ce restaurant est l'un des meilleur qui soit. On a droit à des plats étudiés parfaitement balancés qui offrent une petite variante de goût à chaque bouchés. Nous avons droit à differentes petites sauces & ingrédients disposés de façon artistique dans notre assiette & c'est vraiment une expérience divine! Production de serotonine/endorphine assurée! Le prix en vaut les chefs d'oeuvres offert! Sans parler du service qui est impeccable, de l'ambiance à lumière tamisé & de la musique d'ambiance. C'est la deuxième fois pour moi & je suis officiellement fan de ce restaurant.

Cocktails & mocktails were some of the best we have had here
& then..... sadly... the food was bland, unassuming & want to be something that it isn't or unclear as to what was its concept.
The space needs some improvement with its (lack of) decor, but knowing that they just reopened after losing their previous space due to a fire, it is understandable.
We really hope they put the same enthusiasm & care in their menu & execution as they do with their service.
Also, a lower music would allow for a conversation about the food in front of you.
We had the table d'hôte for lunch, & everything was absolutely delicious! Each dish was refined & perfectly balanced. The service was attentive from start to finish, & the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed. A wonderful lunch experience!
