This is my second time trying the tasting menu within a month, & it still gave me the suprised especially the appetizer. The mix & use of ingredients are great.

Have you ever been excited to go to a restaurant because of its reputation & then have been a little disappointed? That's how I felt about Bouillon Bilk. The food is good - notably the beef carpaccio style appetizer & the cappellitti were phenomenal. While I felt like the scallops & tuna were good- they lacked a little "je ne sais quoi". However, the reason for the 4 star really came down to experience. Unfortunately, no quality check was done for any of our meals & the runners were going over the dishes so quick as if really trying to get the job done as fast as possible. I will still recommend bouillon bilk - the quality of the produce is top notch & the wine selection is great!

Excellent repas, cuisine recherchée, produits frais de saison. Personnel avenant, courtois & souriant. Bel endroit, aéré, fort plaisant! Vaut le prix & le déplacement!

The atmosphere of the place is very calm; it's not the most luxurious spot, but its environment is modern & fresh. The service was incredible, with everyone being attentive from the entrance to the waitstaff. The food was wonderful, & if you're definitely looking for a place with its own unique flair that's delicious & you probably won't find anywhere else, it's worth the experience. I don't usually eat much meat, so I ordered a vegetarian dish with eggplants, & it was amazing, while the cucumber dessert was fabulous. The price is reasonable for the experience. Thank you all so much!

Such a let down from what it used to be. If you are looking for a good bistrot experience, this is an okay choice but forget about fine dining. The service & food are casual & not very special. So sad they chose to downgrade so much what used to be a fantastic spot. It would have probably be more fair to change name when the concept was completely changed in 2024. They are benefitting from the great reviews of the former restaurant which is a bit misleading.

My third time here, they changed location but the food & service is perfect as always. The duck is so amazing & completely beyond my expectations. Will definitely visit again if I travel to Montreal in the future.
