I was a frequent visitor ten years ago. Now coming back after a long pause, I am so glad (& relieved) to find it's still extremely high quality in Montreal's ever changing food scene: solid & fresh ingredients, sophisticated & elegant dish presentation, perfectly balanced tastes in every course, & impeccable service from entering the door to the end. Also if you go for lunch, the set menu price is more than reasonable. It certainly deserves Michelin certification! I will be coming back soon for sure!

An outstanding dining experience at Bouillon Bilk. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious & beautifully presented, & the ambience was refined & inviting. Each dish was carefully explained, which added to our appreciation of the meal & made the experience even more enjoyable.

The linguine was flavourful, although I found it a little saltier than my personal preference - that may simply be my palate, as I am not used to heavily salted dishes. Overall, the quality, creativity, & attention to detail were excellent.

A wonderful restaurant & a memorable dining experience in Montreal. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this place. I took my husband here for his birthday dinner & we both adored the food & drinks; i especially appreciated the non-alcoholic drink pairing option with the tasting menu. The Dashi Dirty Martini mocktail was revelatory. Every single dish was excellent. The service was fantastic & the vibe was impeccable, modern & upscale without being obnoxious. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in Montreal.
