Excellent du début à la fin ! Nous avons prit le menu dégustation en 8 services avec accords vins. Crescendo dans les saveurs, surpris par l'originalité qui se fait rare dans les restaurants à Montréal depuis quelques temps ! Plats très beaux en plus d'être très bons ! L'aubergine est un succès , & le dessert au concombre est de loin mon préféré . Service rapide & chaleureux, nous avons passé un merveilleux moment, merci beaucoup :) Nous reviendrons c'est sur !
Our group of 4 persons had an amazing NYE dinner, which included all the appetizers apart from the carrot dish. The trout appetizer was properly seasoned & served alongside kimchi which elevated the dish & made us order a second serving.
For our mains, the duck was perfectly seasoned, the steak & foie gras was tender & absolutely delicious. The scallop main had cauliflowers 3 ways & it was one of the best presentation of cauliflower we have had in a while. The staff took the time to explain each dish to us as well as the drink menu.

My group & I chose the à la carte option & ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were fantastic & full of flavor. The main courses-steak, scallops, & duck-were cooked perfectly & exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly & attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely return the next time we're in town.
Great experience for lunch during the holidays. Special thanks to the chef who accommodated our ten year old's tastes, making it a wonderful experience for both kids & adults.

Je suis allée dans ce restaurant pour un souper avec mon copain & nous avons pris le menu dégustation 5 plats.
La nourriture est bonne dans l'ensemble, avec une mention spéciale pour la pintade, qui était vraiment excellente. Le service est aussi rapide & efficace. Un gros plus: il est facile de se parler tranquillement!
Cela dit, certains plats m'ont moins plu. Les pétoncles crues étaient, selon moi, & c'est vraiment personnel, trop dominées par l'acidité des agrumes. Pour le dessert au chocolat, je n'ai pas aimé les champignons. Je n'a pas trouvé qu'ils ajoutaient quoi que ce soit plat & j'ai donc décidé de les retirer & c'était plus à mon goût ainsi.
Avec le recul, j'aurais sans doute préféré choisir mes plats à la carte plutôt que le menu dégustation.
À noter que j'étais déjà venue auparavant, en groupe, dans l'ancien local, & j'avais alors préféré mon expérience.
Ceci dit, je ne reviendrais pas pour une date en amoureux, mais je visiterais à nouveau pour un repas entre amis ou collègues.

The must try are the scallops & the eggplant main. I usually get the eggplant main as appetizer to share & then my main is scallops. My favorite go to spot for a nice meal out.
Great restaurant! My partner & I went here for the 5 course tasting menu & I can honestly say it is some of the best food I have ever had!
You can tell the chefs really put a lot of thought into the composition of the dishes & the order in which you eat them. All the flavours & aromas blend together seamlessly & the quality of the ingredients could be tasted.
My one slight criticism is that the restaurant itself is not as interesting as the menu. It's just a basic dining hall with simple tables & a simple modern setup. However, definitely don't miss out on the food just because of this!
The servers were also so on top of it. We never poured ourselves wine from our bottle once. They were always attending to us & explaining each dish.
We had the five course tasting menu with the Canadian wine pairings & it was, quite frankly, the most delicious meal I've had in Montreal. I was so impressed at the flavour & quality of every dish, each presented so elegantly without being over the top or gimmicky. Service was outstanding in every way. We specifically want to shout out our sommelier, who did such a stunning job with the wine pairings. This spot is NOT to be missed. I already look forward to returning! Thank you to Bouillon Bilk for an unforgettable anniversary dinner!
Absolutely outstanding. I'm not a young diner anymore, & I've eaten at more restaurants than I can count, but Bouillon Bilk truly stands out. The food is refined without feeling pretentious, the flavours are thoughtful, & the presentation is beautiful. The staff are attentive in a quiet, professional way that makes the whole evening feel easy. Every course was memorable. A remarkable dining experience & well worth the visit. Five stars.
En gros : 5 services en 3 heures & demie. Quelques mélanges dans les plats. Ressortir avec un goût amer en bouche & repenser seulement à devoir remanger un autre repas.
I've been there 5 times, their old location & the new one. Always excellent, they favor ingredients from the province of Quebec… & it's wonderful, as the province has an amazing selection of great products. Their course menus are both inventive & festive. Great wine list, better than many 1 or 2 stars Michelin restaurants, very good service & sommelier - overall a wonderful experience , well priced.
A bit chamouflage on the outside, inside its a lovely restaurant with nice lights hanging from an atrium ceiling & soft light at table level. The food is layered & well thought out. Tasting menu definitely worth it. Terrific wine list too. The staff were very accommodating to suit individual preferences.
J'ai vraiment apprécié ma visite ! La nourriture était excellente, & le rosé est ma boisson préférée. Le saumon accompagné de pommes de terre au four était absolument délicieux ! J'ai aussi adoré le fromage allemand, parfaitement associé au pain complet & aux bords croustillants. La saucisse froide était également délicieuse. Le personnel était très accueillant, comme des membres de la famille, avec des sourires chaleureux & une ambiance tellement agréable. Un endroit idéal pour savourer les saveurs locales dans une ambiance chaleureuse & conviviale !
