Je ne sais par où commencer... 🥺 Nous avons choisi le Bouillon Bilk pour célébrer l'anniversaire de ma copine, & notre expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle.
Dès notre arrivée, le Maître d'hôtel nous a pris en charge de manière impeccable, malgré le restaurant complet. L'ambiance était tout simplement parfaite. Deux places au bar se sont libérées, & c'est là que Krystelle au bar a fait preuve d'un service exceptionnel. Minh, le sommelier, a surpassé nos attentes en nous recommandant non seulement des vins parfaits, mais aussi d'autres restaurants à essayer à Montréal.
Quant à la nourriture, elle était tout simplement incroyable. J'ai opté pour le cerf en spécial, tandis que ma compagne a savouré des basses côtes de bœuf. Les desserts étaient à couper le souffle, tout comme la sélection de vins qui nous a été proposée.
Je recommande le Bouillon Bilk à quiconque cherche une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle à tous égards. C'était une soirée mémorable que nous n'oublierons jamais. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable. Nous serons de retour...
Lovely dim light ambiance. Staff are super patient & welcoming. Food had no flaws everything was super well thought out, perfect portions & all super flavorful. Beef tartare was the stand out, with the mix of textures & creamy flavours giving a super delightful experience. Ile flonttante was super light & refreshing whereas the baba was super interesting with its hint of truffle & was decadent in flavour. They were classy & gave us two servings of bread free of charge & the prices were more than reasonable for what we got. We got the duck, beef, short rib, tuna & hiramasa in addition to the desserts & drinks. My favourite restaurant experience & I don’t live in Montreal!
My husband & I went there for my birthday dinner. It was an amazing experience. We had their 5 course tasting menu. They were very accommodating & catered to my vegetarian needs. My husband had their usual one. Our server Natalia was very helpful throughout. They presented & explained all of the dishes very well. & we simply loved all of them. Being a popular place, it was totally packed. So do make a reservation well in advance. Highly recommend for a fine dine experience!
The best that Montreal has to offer! If the Michelin guide made its way to Canada, Bouillon Bilk will no doubt get three Michelin stars (the highest possible ranking). This restaurant is my husband & I's top choice when it comes to date night, business dinners or just catching up with friends. Our wallets are grateful that we don't live right next door, otherwise we would be going there everyday... The fact that they use fresh seasonal ingredients & change their menu often makes us always longing to go back! Also, their homemade sourdough bread is to die for...
Sensational food. Sensational service & atmosphere. The staff & sommelier were helpful & knowledgeable the food inspired & playful. A wonderful way to celebrate a major life event for our family.

Some of the most delicious & creative food I've eaten! Each dish was surprising & fun. I had the 5 course tasting menu & thought it was the perfect progression of food. Absolutely enjoyed each dish!
Everything I expected & more! My partner & I had the 5 course tasting menu & they were very accommodating to my gluten intolerance. My favourite was the eggplant dish. Unexpected & incredibly delicious.
Staff was friendly & timely. Cocktails were great too!

Enjoyed the 8 course tasting with wine pairing. Really incredibly executed dishes - I don’t think there was a miss with any course or pairing. Only tiny feedback was the pacing was a little slow between courses - 3.5 hours for 8 dishes was a bit too long for me.
Amazon scallop. The linguine was great too. So was the fish. Everything was great. !! Great service too. If I go back to Montreal I am going back to bouillon bilk again.
