Great experience at Bouillon Bill. Starting with the maître D, the waiter Florian, the sommelier & the service all were exceptional. The food was outstanding . The vegetarian options were excellent. For us, the best restaurant in Montreal. We have been coming here for 12 years, never disappointed.
The best dinner of my stay in Montreal, for sure above expectations in every sense.The elegant & minimal decor is perfectly set, the staff extremely professional & kind & the quality of food excellent. The very positive element is that there's a tasting menu & not necessarily it needs to be ordered by the entire table, the other people can also go à la carte. In our case we both chose the 5 courses menu (105 cad) & having one of them with just vegetarian options wasn't a problem for them. Our waitress Isabelle was really good at her job & accompanied us professionally for the entire dinner. We took a bottle of Tempranillo Inniskillin from British Columbia at 75 cad which we appreciated. The quality of the dish was incredible & this place would deserve the Michelin star for sure.
Excellente table au lunch du midi avec vaste sélection & ce fut très apprécié de remplacer le plat principal offert en table d'hôte par un autre de mon choix. Merci pour la "chandelle" ajoutée au dessert pour souligner l'anniversaire d'un des convives . Parmi les " bonnes tables" de Montréal on y retourne certainement.

For the absolute greatest Montreal dining experience... this is THE place to check out. Absolutely mind blowing on every level. Service was 10/10. Food 20/10. Flavours, textures, presentation all wow . This is by far my favourite restaurant in Montreal.
Our waiter Eric gave us great recommendations & provided us with welcoming hospitality. Not only was he attentive, he was also enthusiastic throughout the evening! The food was delicious, we especially loved the trout!
Absolutely the highlight of our trip. The food, service & atmosphere are all top notch. We ordered a La carte & enjoyed every bite: oysters, butternut squash ravioli, scallops, duck & clementine dessert. Each dish was prepared with the utmost attention to detail & incredible fusion of flavors. Our waitress described every dish prior to us ordering & when the dishes came, another explanation was given, which really allowed us to appreciate every bite. Highly recommend visiting if you're in Montreal!!
Je viens au Bouillon Bilk depuis les tous débuts & c'est un de mes restos gastronomique préféré à Montréal. Jamais déçu. La qualité du service couplée à la qualité des plats est extraordinaire. Pour la première fois hier nous avons réservé le midi. Nous avons pris la table d'hôte. My god que c'était bon. Tout était parfait. La meilleure bavette que j'ai mangée.
Went here for a business lunch. The setting was good, the service was attentive & not overwhelming. Portions of food was adequate & was filling. They have some local wines which was average & ok tasty. Parking isn't so bad if it's not during festival seasons. I would recommend for an easy business lunch or a little treat for yourself.
