Bootlegger Cocktail Bar & Cuisine est largement salué pour ses cocktails créatifs, une excellente sélection de whiskies et une ambiance speakeasy accueillante avec un service attentif; le lieu offre des cocktails bien équilibrés, des huîtres en happy hour et une atmosphère chaleureuse et intime qui en fait une adresse idéale pour un rendez vous, entre amis ou un moment plus posé, agrémentée de concerts de jazz live le dimanche. Certaines notes mentionnent un service parfois irrégulier ou lent, des prix élevés et des incohérences dans certains plats, mais dans l'ensemble l'impression générale est celle d'un endroit unique et remarquable, un vrai coup de cœur pour les amateurs de cocktails et pour l'ambiance rétro.
Nous sommes venu le 18 septembre car il s'agit d'un endroit qui participe à la negroni's week. L'accueil & le service de la part de Valentin est irréprochable. Cependant nous sommes déçus concernant le bar, j'avais dis à mes amis qu'il y aurait des cocktails au rhum car le bar participe également à la Guadeloupe gourmande, seulement le ti punch était disponible. Quand au negroni & ses autres versions proposées, je suis encore en train de me demander où était le Campari dans nos verres... dommage
A MAZING!!!! It was great to able to make a reservation & the drinks were top notch! It was intriguing to watch them being made & food was great too! Servers were very friendly!If you are in the area you must stop here! When we come back to Montreal we will be back! Try a Wabee or Gold crush! 🤯🥰

Great place for a good time. Excellent scotch selection & the staff know their products! They can guide you towards nice discoveries. Good food, good ambiance. Highly recommend
This was an amazing place!! Top notch whiskey selection, although claimed he was new server was excellent. Bartender was a superb mixologist. Decor exactly what you would expect for a whiskey bar. I've been to whiskey only bars in Amsterdam, Chicago, Vegas. This is what you expect. But the music was awful to the point we left after about an hours time. We mentioned to our sever our tables distaste for the Dj's choice of music & Volume. His reply was " really I'm loving it!" Well guess what I'm the paying customer. That single comment probably cost him over 50% of his tip. Then we asked about Merch Tshirt being from out of town Europe & Ontario. Only to be told we dont have any in house. But you can order online? This place could have easily made it night to remember. But dropped the ball on the simple stuff. Remember why people visit your establishment.... to have a good time not to watch you have a good time.

We only had cocktails. But they live up to the reputation. We ordered the house special that night , Irish cream , gold biscuit & one vanquerra something if that name..all were pricey but super super super delicious.

Had a very good time with friends. Even though some of my party was late due to traffic or public transport changes, they were super understanding & accommodating. We were served by Julien who was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. I didn't know much about absinthe since I've only ever had it a couple times & he helped me with some great recommendations. The cocktails were great & the food was also very good. The decor is very pleasant to look at. All in all, great experience. Absolutely would come again.
