Kebab Torsh is incredibly flavorful, with tender, juicy meat marinated in walnuts & pomegranate paste. It has a perfect tangy & smoky taste & is absolutely delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Bonab kebab & kebab torsh, both of which were incredibly tender. The dish was served with a side of ashe kashk, adding to its appeal. The staff were warm & welcoming, & they kindly offered us a pastry & a cup of tea to complement our meal.

Vraiment une superbe découverte! Les kebabs chez Bonab Kabob sont incroyablement tendres, savoureux & remplis de vraies saveurs authentiques - parmi les meilleurs que j'ai goûtés à Montréal. Les roulades & le baklava étaient frais & délicieux, & le thé chaud par une soirée froide rend l'expérience encore meilleure. Un vrai petit trésor. Je recommande fortement!
Absolutely amazing experience at Bonab Kabob! The kebabs were incredibly tender, juicy, & full of rich authentic flavour - some of the best I've had in Montréal. The rolled cakes & baklava were fresh & delicious, & the warm tea on a cold snowy night made everything perfect. A true hidden gem. Highly recommended!
We had kabob sultani the koobideh was juicy & the barg was tender. It was a feast. Also we had a very good & professional service from Elia . I recommend Bonab kabob to everyone.
After 16 years in Montreal searching for a proper koubideh & being disappointed time & time again, I finally found the perfect one . tender, juicy, & full of flavour, just like it should be. The lamb koubideh was outstanding. We also tried the baghali polo, which was well-prepared. So glad to have discovered this place . it's a gem for Persian food lovers!

Bonab Kabob serves Kale Pache just right-rich, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The broth is delicious, the meat is tender, & the portion is generous. Paired with fresh bread & lemon, it's a delicious & authentic experience. Friendly service makes it even better. A must-try for Kale Pache lovers!
Bonab Kebob is hands down one of the best Persian restaurants I've ever been to! The food is fresh, flavorful, & cooked to perfection. The kebabs are juicy & tender, especially the koobideh, which melts in your mouth. Their saffron rice is fragrant & pairs
perfectly with the grilled meats.
Beyond the food, the service is top-notch-friendly, attentive, & welcoming. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it a great spot for both casual meals & special occasions.

The Best Iranian Kebab in Montreal! I recently visited kebab Bonab in Montreal, & it absolutely lives up to its reputation as the #1 spot for authentic Iranian kebabs. From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere & the aroma of freshly grilled kebabs set the tone for a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional! The koobideh was perfectly seasoned, tender, & juicy - easily the best I've had outside of Iran. The portions were generous, & the sides (especially the saffron rice & grilled tomatoes) complemented the meal beautifully. The service was attentive & friendly, making sure every detail was taken care of. Whether you're looking for a taste of home or trying Persian cuisine for the first time, kebab Bonab is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic, high-quality kebabs!
If you're looking for an authentic taste of Iran, look no further than kebab Bonab Restaurant. This restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience that transports you straight to the heart of Persian culture, with its warm ambiance & friendly service. The star of the show here is undoubtedly the kebab. I tried the Koobideh kebab, Tursh kebab,kebab Barg & it was simply sublime. The minced meat was expertly seasoned, perfectly grilled. Each bite was juicy & tender, accompanied by fluffy saffron rice that complemented the kebab beautifully. The grilled tomatoes & peppers on the side added a lovely smoky flavor that took the dish to another level. The menu features a variety of kebab options, including Joojeh kebab (chicken) & Barg kebab (lamb), all of which are marinated to perfection & cooked on a traditional skewer. The freshness of the ingredients is evident, & you can taste the love & care that goes into every dish. In addition to the kababs, I highly recommend trying the Mirza Ghasemi, a smoky eggplant dip, kashkBademjan , & Mast musir & their special Olive. The atmosphere is cozy, with Persian decor that creates a welcoming environment, making it perfect for a romantic dinner or a family gathering. The service was impeccable-attentive but not intrusive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. I absolutely love this place. It's definitely one of my top two choices whenever I'm in the mood for some delicious kababs. The barg kebab is out of this world - it's incredibly tender, juicy, & just downright amazing. When you order a meal, you get to choose between a soup or a salad, & they even offer you tea afterwards. Don't even get me started on their pistachio cake - it's an absolute must-try. The service is pretty good, but I'd recommend reserving a table if you're planning to visit on a weekend. I should note that it's not wheelchair friendly, & it can get quite loud, especially on weekends. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, I'd suggest visiting during the week.

A nice & cozy place to enjoy authentic, fresh, & delicious Persian food. The service & servers are excellent, the meat is tender, juicy & tasty, & the side dishes are truly amazing & the portions are way too generous. I very much love this restaurant & would highly recommend visiting here if you're interested.
I’ve ordered the chicken soltani & the mirza ghasseme as an appetizer. First time trying the mirza & wow, you can taste the flavors & it’s very nice to use as a spread on the pita bread they offer with it, the nice waitress gave me more bread. I tried leave some space for the main the dish, but couldn’t stop. The chicken soltani was also nice, chicken was tender. They give a lot of rice with the main. I ordered a lot for more than I can handle but it was worth the stomach bloating. Was offered a tea at the end, nice way to just let the food settle. They get busy on the weekends, so do expect some waiting. Going to come back for some more :)
