Bloomfield offre un brunch chaleureux et coloré dans un cadre intime où les fleurs suspendues et une décoration soignée créent une ambiance conviviale, malgré un espace parfois exigu et bruyant; les plats mêlent influences méditerranéennes et levantines et mettent en valeur des produits frais, avec des incontournables comme les oeufs palestiniens, le plat de Jerusalem, le pudding chomeur et le pain dore, accompagnés de boissons comme le latte pistache et des jus d'orange frais; l'experience est souvent saluée pour le service attentif et l'ambiance cosy, mais certaines critiques pointent des portions parfois petites pour le prix, des tarifs élevés, un service inegal et des plats parfois peu assaisonnés; la reservation est fortement recommandée en weekend et l'endroit est considere comme un petit bijou a découvrir ou redécouvrir, avec un interet particulier pour les brunchs originaux et les presentions soignees.
I got the octopus in a bed of lentils & kale, with potatoes & a yogurt cream. We also got the french toast, with additional egg & bacon. Everything was well prepared with style & the taste & presentation were very nice. Just be prepared to pay more than a regular brunch.
Fantastic food - very different from all the typical Montreal brunch places with long lineups just to get eggs & pancakes. Very middle-eastern oriented. The service was outstanding - I ordered the wrong dish by mistake, & the waiter replaced it with the one I wanted with no charge. Highly recommended!
Awesome brunch place. Friday 1pm a little bit of wait, but Sunday brunch 1pm was very busy. Regardless I recommend getting a reservation if you can. Food is very tasty & the main reason I keep coming back. Staff is lovely but busy. Perfect if you're not in a hurry.
Excellent brunch avec des plats variés intéressants! J'ai beaucoup aimé mon choix: Oeufs à la turque. Labné crémeux à l'ail, huile épicée, grenades, pistaches, oeufs mollets. Beaux & délicieux! Seul petit bémol, c'est petit & assez tassé chez Bloomfield, les petites tables pour 2 sont vraiment petites... J'y retourne, c'est certain!!
Nous avons passé un très bon moment au Bloomfield ! Les plats sont délicieux & l'intérieur du restaurant est charmant. Le service est un peu lent donc pas fait pour les pressés mais nous avons bien apprécié de pouvoir prendre notre temps pour le brunch :)
Le menu brunch est varié & les trois plats que j'ai pu goûter étaient tous plus délicieux les uns que les autres. J'ai adoré le pain doré que j'ai commandé. L'endroit est aussi super cute avec les fleurs au plafond & le service reçu était amical.

Was happy to visit Bloomfield for the first time for brunch for a friend's birthday! The atmosphere is really nice & the wait staff is very professional. The food & drinks were delicious, & I really loved the unique choices. It was very pricey - I was expecting that, around $55 after tax & tip per person. What I wasn't happy with is how rushed it felt. I knew they had two services, one at 10am & one at 12pm. We arrived for the 10am service. We had our order taken around 10:25am (I was 7 minutes late, so this was reasonable). Got our drinks at 10:40am, & our food around 10:50am. Around 11:40am, they were asking us to pay & prepare to leave for the next service. At 11:50, we were asked to leave our table. An hour was enough to finish our food, but we were still working on our drinks when we were asked to leave. Although I understand their rush to prepare for the second service, for a $50 brunch, I would hope to be able to sit for a bit longer, even just 30 minutes more, before being rushed out the door. There are other amazing brunch spots in Montreal without the rush, so for that reason, it is unlikely I will return for the first brunch service again.
Great little brunch spot! Tasty, original dishes, nice change to classic Québécois brunch menus.
Room for improvement on coffee quality but overall delightful
Food & coffee were delicious! We found the service to be slow at first (they took the order of the people beside us before ours, even though both tables arrived at the same time) & the seating was quite tight. I suppose that's what you get with the Sunday brunch rush. Otherwise very yummy & highly recommend for a unique take on brunch in Montreal! I had the Turkish eggs & my friend had the French toast – both excellent!
Difficult to get anybody on the phone at this restaurant (even after calling & emailing multiple days ahead). Also, not well equipped for families. on the food side, very original food (we went for brunch) with a nice middle eastern accent, fresh ingredients, nice culinary experience.
Overall, great food, needs improvements on service (not equipped for families, no responsiveness by phone or email & waiter for too eager to get rid of us).

Delicious food, cute spot! We came with a newborn baby in a stroller ( my first outing since birth) & didn't account for the space the stroller would take up. The staff were super accommodating & kind & helped us find a solution by tucking the stroller in next to the wall. Oh, & the food was absolutely delicious & gorgeous! I split the Palestinian eggs & the French toast with my sister, & both were an excellent combination of flavors, not too sweet & not too salty. Loved the pomegranate & mint with the eggs! An excellent place for creative brunch offerings!
Super bel endroit, service très sympathique cependant, après 1 heure & demie d'attente avec notre café (brunch), une serveuse nous dit que nous devons quitter dans 30 minutes sauf que nous n'avons pas encore reçu notre assiette......Nourriture intéressante sans plus, présentation moyenne.
