Nous ne savions pas qu'il pouvait exister, à Venise, des restaurants aussi gastronomiques que celui-ci. Avec une fabuleuse véritable cuisine vénitienne. L'accueil & le service sont tout simplement exceptionnels. Le chef & le personnel de salle connaissent parfaitement bien l'origine de leurs produits.

We stopped by Bistrot de Venise for lunch on our first day in Venice. We were able to walk in right in around 1pm on a Friday. They have a regular menu & a lighter lunch menu. We elected to eat from the lighter lunch menu. We ordered the classic cabonara, grilled prawns on a pesto/basil rice, & the beef cheek. The portions were still very large for a lighter lunch menu. The beef cheek was massive & I was only able to eat about half of it. Every dish was packed with flavor & plated beautifully. Each dish is a shareable size for couples. We left completely full & happy. I'd highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner.
