A really incredible vegan dining experience. Delicious vegan set menu with multiple options. Interior decor was beautiful, air conditioned & romantic atmosphere. Service was exceptional. Price was very reasonable for what it was. This should be the ultimate, first class dining destination for any vegan in Venice!

Do not go here unless you're prepared to be judged & dismissed based on appearances or perceived status. From the moment we sat down, we felt unwelcome.
When we politely asked the waiter for a recommendation between two dishes, he refused to answer - not with a smile or a joke, but with a cold, condescending tone, as if we were wasting his time. The entire interaction was uncomfortable, & it was clear we were being profiled & treated differently than other guests.
Food in Venice is everywhere - spend your money at a place where hospitality still means something.

In laughter & sharing, we traveled so far,
An evening of magic, forever in our sights.
Their promise of historically Venetian ambiance & meals is not only authentic but deeply elaborated on throughout the dining experience. Each individual aspect of the food is explained, cultivating a meal into a holiday experience. The waitstaff consists of knowledgeable individuals, in addition to their sommelier with well expected & delivered expertise. Some foods that I have regularly brought me near tears, & other foods that I was set on never trying again, I consumed every bite with speed. Could soup is normally a turn-off for me but, their gazpacho was out of this world phenomenal. The lamb chops were, as well, otherworldly. The wine selection is not what I was expecting but, it was somewhat extensive, they just did not offer any of the Italian wines I was hoping for. Regardless, I found those wines & this place helped me to perceive my trip as a once in a lifetime experience, even as an individual moving near Venice in a year.
This is not a place you will regret going to but, be weary as the bill can add up quick!

Nunca me han atendido tan bien en un restaurante. Yo soy vegana y se aseguraron de que hubieran opciones para mí, de hecho hay opciones veganas en carta y nos dieron a probar unos entrantes que estaban fuera de carta y también eran veganos. Si vuelvo a Venecia volveré a este restaurante sin duda. Le doy 5 estrellas porque no puedo darle más.
Exceptional take on traditional local cuisine. Taken aback by the quality of the ingredients. Stumbled across Bistrot De Venice on the Michelin Guide, & it certainly belongs there - perhaps with a star. The Sommelier was wonderfully knowledgeable with two great suggestions; Extensive wine list also. Dining outside was a true immersive experience. A fantastic balance between haute cuisine & local dining.
We would like to thank the team at Bistrot de Venise for the unforgettable experience they gave us on August 12, 2025. The menu, the dishes, & the service were all perfect. We have been to many very good fine dining restaurants, but this was perhaps the best experience we have had so far. Each of the dishes in the romantic lunch menu was exceptionally delicious, beautifully presented & harmonious in flavor, but for me, it was perhaps the Raffioli de herbe...vantazati that made me say it was the best dish I had ever had in my life. When I asked my wife how she liked the romantic lunch, she replied,'I felt like a queen.' I think that says it all. Thank you again for everything:

Das Essen war eine 5/5 unglaublich. Der Service es waren 2der Hauptkellner und sein Helfer. Der Helfer was so freundlich und so nett dem würde ich eine 12/10 geben. Der Hauptkellner hat uns wegen unseres alter nicht ernstgenommen was in so einem Restaurant nicht der fall sein darf.
